Hope in the LORD

“Yeshua said to her, I AM the Resurrection and life! Whoever puts his trust in me will live, even if he dies.”

John 11:25 CJB

A key to walking with the LORD is to put our trust in Him for everything! The hope is heaven with Him for all eternity, what a great day that will be!

“But I, I trust in You, Adonai; I say, You are my God.”

Psalm 31:14 CJB

When we place all our trust in the LORD, we start to look to the Resurrection life that we have in Him! We focus less on the problems around us and more on the beauty of the LORD our God!

“For my eyes, Adonai, Adonai, are on you; in You I take refuge; don’t pour out my life.”

Psalm 141:8 CJB

Be encouraged when we put our trust in the LORD, even when things look a bit rough. He will always come through and never let you down! Have a blessed day putting all your hope and trust in the LORD!

Watch and pray!

“Listen! Your watchmen are raising their voices, shouting for joy together. For they will see, before their own eyes, Adonai returning to Tziyon.”

Isaiah 52:8 CJB

We should be raising our voices as we see the world around us getting crazier. Jesus said things would get wild and out of control!

“My strength, I will watch for you, for God is my fortress.”

Psalm 59:9 CJB

As we see the craziness going on around us, we need to be watching for the LORD! While we are watching we need to be sharing about His salvation!!

“For a day will come when the watchmen on Mount Efrayim will call, Come, let’s go up to Tziyon, to Adonai our God.”

Jeremiah 31:5 CJB

Today, let’s not only be watchmen, but also be proclaimers of the Good News of the LORD! Have a blessed day sharing and watching!

Shabbat Shalom!

The LORD comforts

“I, yes I am the one who comforts you! Why are you afraid of a man who must die; of a human being, who will wither like grass?”

Isaiah 51:12 CJB

Yes, it’s the LORD who comforts us, not man! Yet we often times are more fearful of man than God. How? We worry about what coworkers think, bosses and neighbors more than God! We run to doctors and counselors before we call to the LORD!

“Fear Adonai, you holy ones of His, for those who fear Him lack nothing.”

Psalm 34:9 CJB

We always should fear going through life without the LORD, instead of fearing humans who are going to die!

“The grass dries up, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand forever.”

Isaiah 40:8 CJB

Today, don’t try to be a people pleaser or a person who has to fit in with the world, but instead let’s be a people who fit in with the LORD! Also, be careful of trying to get ahead, build our ministry or our popularity because it all will fade, but the LORD stands forever! Have a blessed day following the LORD who comforts us!

Storms happen

“When you go out to fight your enemies and see horses, chariots and a force larger than yours, you are not to be afraid of them; because Adonai your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you.”

Deuteronomy 20:1 CJB

We all, at times, can feel overwhelmed or like our life is totally out of control! Remember, the LORD bought you out of Egypt (the world). So don’t be afraid of what the world throws at you, but know that the LORD has you covered. Storms come and go!

“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we praise the name of Adonai our God.”

Psalm 20:7 CJB

So when life hits you, remember, the LORD has gone before you and has it covered! Even when we are going through storms and feeling overwhelmed, the beautiful thing is the LORD is right there with you!

“Hallelujah! Praise Adonai from the heavens! Praise Him in the heights.”

Psalm 148:1 CJB

Today, don’t look at the situation, but instead look to the LORD! Have a blessed day looking for the LORD in everything!
