Look to the LORD

“Fire came forth from the presence of Adonai, consuming the burnt offering and the fat on the altar. When all the people saw it, they shouted and fell on their faces.”
Leviticus 9:24 CJB

We need to give all our fears and failures to the LORD and stop holding on to them! Knowing that, in Him, we have nothing but new beginnings!

“He forgives all your offenses, He heals all your disease.”
Psalm 103:3 CJB

Our days should be spent praising and rejoicing in Him!

“Therefore, our God, we thank You and praise Your glorious name.”
1 Chronicles 29:13 CJB

With all that we have going on in the world today, we should spend less time looking at the situations and more time looking to the LORD!

“Adonai, in the morning you will hear my voice; in the morning I lay my needs before You and wait expectantly.”
Psalm 5:3 CJB

Today, let’s give all our burdens and failures up to the LORD and wait expectantly for His voice! Have a blessed day rejoicing in Him!
Shabbat Shalom

The LORD knows

“On reaching the hill, he took the bags from them and put them away in the house. Then he let the men go, and they left.”
2 Kings 5:24 CJB

Here we see Gehazi take things he wanted but didn’t need or couldn’t use then hide them! Do we hide things that we can’t use or have no need for? Do we actually think that it’s hidden from the LORD?

“The eyes of Adonai are everywhere, watching the evil and the good.”
Proverbs 15:3 CJB

Since the LORD sees and knows all, we can’t get away with anything so let’s not try!

“But if you will not do this, then you have sinned against Adonai, and you must understand that your sin will find you out.”
Numbers 32:23 CJB

Realize, nothing is hidden from the LORD, He sees all and knows all!

“Adonai made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of disaster.”
Proverbs 16:4 CJB

Today, let’s make everything about the LORD not holding anything back!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

What are we asking for?

“When the containers were full, she said to her son, Bring me another container; but he answered, There isn’t another container. Then the oil stopped flowing.”
2 Kings 4:6 CJB

Two thoughts here, does God stop giving or does God only give us as much as we need? It could be both, depending on our heart or even our situation!

“I am Adonai your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt. Open your mouth, and I will fill it.”
Psalm 81:10 CJB

The question is, are we empty vessels willing to be filled by the LORD? Or are we filled with pride and self reliance? We need to be empty of self and open to the LORD!

“Moreover, my God will fill every need of yours according to His glorious wealth, in union with Messiah Yeshua.”
Philippians 4:19 CJB

So the other thought here is the LORD gives us just what we need, because that’s all we need! The LORD, I believe, gives freely of every spiritual desire. We often confuse spiritual with material.

“For I, Adonai, your God, say to you, as I hold your right hand, Have no fear; I will help you.”
Isaiah 41:13 CJB

Today, let’s be honest about what we need versus what we want, then call upon the LORD and watch what He does!
Have a blessed day!

It’s gonna be alright

“That’s an easy thing to do, from Adonai’s perspective. He will also hand Mo’av over to you.”
2 Kings 3:18 CJB

Everything is easy from the LORD’S perspective, including our problems!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways, says Adonai. As high as the sky is above the earth are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:8-9 CJB

Even when we look around at the things going on around as confusing, not making any sense! Our LORD sees them as a perfect way to Him. He has it all covered! He knows it all is gonna work according to His perfect plan!

“For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’ says Adonai,’plans for well-being, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11 CJB

Remember, no matter how things may look, everything is gonna work out alright according to the LORD’S perspective, not ours!
Have a blessed day, knowing no matter how things look, it’s gonna work out perfectly in the LORD!
