Shine light

“For what business is it of mine to judge outsiders? Isn’t it those who are part pf the community that you should be judging?”
1 Corinthians 5:12 CJB

Often times we get so caught up in judging and condemning the world around us we don’t really take a look within! We often times become activists against the world and its wickedness and turn a blind eye on the wickedness within!

“God will judge those who are outside. Just expel the evildoers from among yourselves.”
1 Corinthians 5:13 CJB

What Paul is getting at here is don’t coddle people who are blantenly sinning among us, but instead expel them! Also don’t panic about the evil world around us, just know the LORD will deal with them!

“Wash me completely from my guilt, and cleanse me from my sin.”
Psalm 51:4 CJB

Today, let’s remove the sin within us and be about light, shining the goodness of the LORD in the world around us, not judging it, God has that covered!
Have a blessed day in Him!

The LORD guides

“Even when the cloud remained on the tabernacle for a long time, the people of Israel did what Adonai had charged them to do and did not travel.”
Numbers 9:19 CJB

We all need to recognize that the LORD is in charge. He is the one we should be looking to for leadership! The problem today is we get caught up following what men say instead of asking the LORD and seeking His direction!

“Only take great care to obey the mitzvah and the Torah(instructions) which Moshe the servant of Adonai gave you-to love Adonai your God, follow all His ways, observe His mitzvot, cling to Him, and serve Him with all your heart and being.”
Joshua 22:5 CJB

Life is always easier and always better when we are following the LORD and just living under His cloud of protection!

“At Adonai’s order, they camped; and at Adonai’s order, they traveled-they did what Adonai had charged them to do through Moshe.”
Numbers 9:23 CJB

Today, we are so blessed that we have the word of the LORD in our hands to guide us! We can seek His instructions anytime day or night!
Have a blessed day being under the covering of the LORD!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be faithful

“Now the one thing is asked of a trustee is that he be found trustworthy [faithful].”
1 Corinthians 4:2 CJB

The LORD isn’t asking us to be healthy, wealthy, successful or even popular, but instead He asks us to be trustworthy (faithful)!

“You who love Adonai, hate evil! He keeps His faithful servants safe. He rescues them from the power of the wicked.”
Psalm 97:10 CJB

How awesome it is to know when we simply just put all our trust and hope in the LORD, it is He who is faithful, keeping all His promises to us!

“His master said to him, Excellent! you are a good and trustworthy servant. You have been faithful with a small amount. Come and join in your master’s happiness!”
Matthew 25:23 CJB

Today, realize, the best thing we can do, is be faithful servants of the LORD!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Live in the LORD

“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Yeshua the Messiah.”
1 Corinthians 3:11 CJB

The only stable foundation we can rely upon is Yeshua! Any other foundation we try to build on will crumble!

“The name of Adonai is a strong tower; a righteous person runs to it and is raised high [above danger].”
Proverbs 18:10 CJB

We can always rely upon the LORD and His righteousness and count on the fact that His foundation will never crumble!

“Don’t you know that you people are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?”
1 Corinthians 3:16 CJB

Knowing we are the temple of the LORD and we should desire to live in Him, we should also desire to live and walk in His ways!
Have a blessed day living in the strong tower of the LORD!

Place our trust in the LORD

“For who knows the inner workings of a person except the person’s own spirit inside him? So too no one knows the inner workings of God except God’s Spirit.”
1 Corinthians 2:11 CJB

How true. We can’t really know what is going on inside someone, good or bad, except that person and God! Also, only God knows exactly what He is doing and going to do. He knows what is going on in the world today!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways, says Adonai.”
Isaiah 55:8 CJB

So, be careful of making opinions about someone when we don’t know what’s going on inside their head! Most importantly, we need to put more trust in the LORD who does know what is going on in everything!

“For we live by trust, not by what we see.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 CJB

Today, let’s live more by trusting the LORD and not getting caught up in the things going on in the world! But, instead let’s be caught up in the LORD!
Have a blessed day in Him!
