Wash in His Word

“The discharge is unclean no matter whether it continues flowing or has stopped; it is still his uncleanness.”
Leviticus 15:3 CJB

We live in a world full of filthy discharge, no matter where we go we see it everywhere! What are we to do?

“How blessed are those who reject the advice of the wicked, don’t stand on the way of sinners or sit where scoffers sit!”
Psalm 1:1 CJB

We all have to walk in the world around us, but we don’t have to allow their discharge to touch us! We also get to wash in the water of God’s Word to keep us clean!

“Their delight is in Adonai’s Torah; on His Torah they meditate day and night.”
Psalm 1:2 CJB

We always have a choice allow the discharge of the world to cover us or wash in the wonderful Word of God!
Have a blessed day being washed by His Word!

Wash in the Word of God

“Next, he is to have the inside of the house thoroughly scraped, and the scraped-off plaster is to be discarded outside the city in a unclean place.”
Leviticus 14:41 CJB

We’re to not only clean ourselves by washing with the Word of God, but our houses also needs to be clean!

“Those with clean hands and pure hearts, who don’t make vanities the purpose of their lives or swear oaths just to deceive. They will receive a blessing from Adonai and justice from God, who saves them.”
Psalm 24:4-5 CJB

Does every aspect of our lives reflect God? We can’t only look godly on the outside we have to be clean on the inside also!
How? By continually washing with His Word!

“I treasure Your Word in my heart so that I won’t sin against You.”
Psalm 119:11 CJB

We really need to wash with the Word of God at home, at work, in our car, really everywhere we go!
Have a blessed day washing in the Word of God!

Examine yourself

“This is the law concerning infections of tzara`at in a garment of wool or linen, or in the threads or woven-in parts, or in any leather item-when to declare it clean and when to declare it unclean.”
Leviticus 13:59 CJB

One of the main points to this chapter is that we need to examine ourselves, take a good look in the mirror so to speak!

“Let us examine and test our ways and return to Adonai.”
Lamentations 3:40 CJB

Examining ourselves is something we all should be doing on a daily basis! Why? Because we all fail and need to clean up!

“Examine me, Adonai, test me, search my mind and heart.”
Psalm 26:2 CJB

We all need to pray like this! We all need Adonai to search our hearts and minds! We all need a heart checkup by Adonai!
Have a blessed day examining your heart!

Remove the flesh

“On the eighth day, the baby’s foreskin is to be circumcised.”
Leviticus 12:3 CJB

Circumcision is a sign that the flesh is removed to serve Adonai!

“Then Adonai your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your children, so that you will love Adonai your God with all your heart and all your being, and thus you will live.”
Deuteronomy 30:6 CJB

Adonai really desires us to remove the flesh from our hearts so we can serve Him in spirit and truth! We all can get caught up in fleshiness! So removing our flesh is always the right thing to do!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

A good way to remove flesh from our lives is by proclaiming the Good News of Salvation!
Have a blessed day!
