This is a true statement that we can feel pressured all day long! Sadly, a lot of the pressing is self inflicted! Many of us have a habit of being our own worse enemy! Paul knew this well!

We all have the frustration of doing and saying things that we know are wrong or we speak before we think! We all have bad habits that we can be ashamed of or struggle with! What do we do?

To keep from doing the things that we hate we need to call upon Adonai, who is our shelter, refuge and total help in times of stress, doubt and trouble! We need Adonai to do and say what is right!
