Nothing has really changed in thousands of years, the Jews who tried to live the way God instructed them to, are still hated and accused for the world’s problems! Also, believers walking in the love and grace of Jesus are hated and accused for the world’s problems! People today are still trying to kill or destroy the creator of the universe! It’s INSANE!

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who pit darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Isaiah 5:20

The LORD said things would get weird, so we shouldn’t be surprised! What we need to do is not let the insanity of the world get us down, instead we should get excited! Why? Because the LORD said this is what would happen, so we should be encouraged to walk even harder with the LORD!

“He has shown you, O man. what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?”

Micah 6:8

Today, no matter how things look, the LORD has shown us how to live and walk with Him! So let’s not let the world get us down and dictate how we should live, but let’s look to the LORD and be lifted up! Have a blessed day knowing all things are going to work out with the LORD!

Even though Naaman is urging Elisha to take the gifts, Elisha refuses to take payment or credit for what the LORD has done!

“It is good to give thanks to Adonai and sing praises to your name, Eloyon.”

Psalm 92:1 CJB

It is the LORD, who does great things! He gives us life, He gives us mercy, He gives us sustenance and He gives us salvation! Even if things seem tough right now, the LORD has nothing but good for us!

“Every good act of giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father who made the heavenly lights; with Him there is neither variation nor darkness caused by turning.”

James 1:17 CJB

Realize we can’t take credit for all the good things that happen! We can take credit for all the disasters we make! So let us sing to the LORD, sing about the LORD and sing His praises. Why? Because He really is good. Have a blessed day talking about the LORD!

Often times the LORD leads us to do things that make no sense, but when we do what the LORD says it always brings blessings!

“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Isaiah 41:10

When the LORD leads us to do things or go in certain directions, He will always have His hand upon us!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

Today, let’s just do what the LORD says, no matter how silly it may look! Remember, the disciples did what Jesus told them: sit the five thousand down and they watched Jesus feed them with left overs to boot! It may have seemed silly to them at the time, but look what happened! Have a blessed day just doing what the LORD says!

“And if the priest sees that the scab has indeed spread on the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is leprosy.

Leviticus 13:8 NKJB

Leprosy is just like sin, if left unchecked it will grow and when it grows it will destroy! What happens so often today is we leave sin unchecked and it grows! A little lie, no big deal; a little look, I won’t get caught, or just a little taste, it won’t hurt anyone! This is how easy sin grows!

“Examine me, Adonai, test me, search my mind and heart.”

Psalm 26:2 CJB

We need to constantly be checking our heart and mind to be sure we aren’t allowing sin to creep in!

“Because it is written, BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”

1 Peter 1:16 NKJB

The LORD wants us to be HOLY like Him! Why? Because He knows what is good for us! Sin may be fun, but it will destroy us eventually; it will rot away your life!

“Restore us, O God; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!”

Psalm 80:3 NKJB

Know this today, the LORD wants us to be restored and saved, walking in His ways, not rotting in our sins! Have a blessed day being cleansed and restored in the LORD!
