The LORD is moving

“So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of Adonai with shouting and sound of the shofar.”
2 Samuel 6:15 CJB

The LORD is moving here and David and the people are moving with Him in excitement!

“Great is Adonai and greatly to be praise, in the city of our God, His holy mountain.”
Psalm 48:1 CJB

In our lives the LORD is moving also we just have to look. When we see Him moving it should lead us to rejoicing!

“Rejoice in union with the LORD always! I will say it again: rejoice!”
Philippians 4:4 CJB

Today, no matter what is going on around us know the LORD is doing great things so let’s look for the LORD and rejoice with Him!
Have a blessed day!

Be part of His greatness!

” David grew greater and greater, because Adonai the God of Armies was with him.”
2 Samuel 5:10 CJB

When we listen to the LORD and do as He says, He’ll not only be with us, but people will notice!

” Hiram king of Tzor sent envoys to David with cedar logs, and with them carpenters and stonemasons; and they built David a palace.”
2 Samuel 5:11 CJB

Here we see Hiram notices and sends supplies and men to help! People always want to be part of great things, especially great things the LORD is doing!

“Great is Adonai and greatly to be praised, in the city of our God, His holy mountain.”
Psalm 48:1 CJB

We serve a great LORD and we get to be part of the amazing things He is doing! So have a blessed day being part of His greatness!

Spread the love of the LORD

“But David answered Rekhav and Ba’ anah his brother, the sons of Rimmon the Be’eroti, As Adonai lives, who has rescued me from every kind of difficulty.”
2 Samuel 4:9 CJB

We don’t have to take things into our own hands, like these two young men did, taking the head of Ish-Boshet. The LORD will take care of everything. He doesn’t need our help!

“He delivers me from my enemies. You lift me high above my enemies, you rescue me from violent men.”
Psalm 18:49 CJB

Often times we worry about things that really don’t matter, but what does matter is the LORD and what He is doing! So don’t get distracted or try to take things in your own hands!

“But thanks be to God, who in the Messiah constantly leads us in a triumphal procession and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of what it means to know Him!”
2 Corinthians 2:14 CJB

Today, know the LORD has it all worked out. All we have to do is spread His fragrance of sweet salvation!
Have a blessed day!

Pray

“The king sang this lament over Avner: Should Avaner have died like a thug?”
2 Samuel 3:33 CJB

Do we weep for our enemies? Or do we cheer when they fall? We should weep and lament over them, especially if they are not saved!

“But I tell you, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”
Matthew 5:44 CJB

We need to pray for those who are against us, because in reality they are against the LORD! The LORD tells us to love and pray for our enemies, so we should!

“Listen to my cry for help, my king and my God, for I pray to You.”
Psalm 5:2 CJB

Today, let’s be like the LORD, who prays for those who are against Him!
Have a blessed day praying!

Take a break

“For six days, you are to work. But on the seventh day, you are to rest, so that your ox and donkey can rest, and your slave-girl’s son and the foreigner be rewarded.”
Exodus 23:12 CJB

We all need to work and that’s how we live, but one day a week we need to take a break!

“On the seventh day you are to have a holy convocation; do not do any kind of ordinary work.”
Numbers 28:25 CJB

The LORD really wants us to take a break and make one day a week special, knowing it will be blessing for us!

“You yourselves, as living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be cohanim set apart for God to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to Him through Yeshua the Messiah.”
1 Peter 2:5 CJB

When we take a break and spend time with the LORD, we will always be blessed!
Have an amazing day!
Shabbat Shalom.
