What a strange thing, out of our mouths come blessings and curses! At one moment we are praising the LORD and at the next we are cursing someone! The solution is to be in the word of God and talk about the word of God!

“Let your conversation always be gracious and interesting, so that you will know how to respond to any particular individual.”
Colossians 4:6 CJB

We need to be gracious and interesting, not mean and boring! We need to share His light as we walk in His light!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, let’s be mindful of what we say and do, even when we are alone! Remember, as we are in this ever-getting-darker world, it needs light!

We really can’t say we have faith but don’t act on it! Our faith needs to lead us to works of the LORD! The word faith actually can be translated as trust, that is trusting the LORD is working in our lives. All we have to do is walk in it!

“Indeed, just as the body without spirit is dead, so too faith without actions is dead.”
James 2:26 CJB

We all have decisions to make on a daily basis and we need to just trust our LORD to just get us through!

“As for God, His way is perfect, the word of Adonai has been tested by fire; He shields all who take refuge in Him.”
2 Samual 22:31 CJB

Today, know that the LORD has everything covered. All we have to do is step out and trust He has it all covered!

How comforting this is when we don’t know what to do. All we need to do is ask the LORD and He gives us His wisdom!

“For Adonai gives wisdom; from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding.”
Proverbs 2:6 CJB

The LORD is so good. He doesn’t just toss us into the world with no direction! He gives us His word to guide us and His Holy Spirit to give us discernment!

“Don’t deceive yourselves by only hearing what the Word says, but do it!”
James 1:22 CJB

Today, realize the LORD has given us all we need to navigate life. All we have to do is study His Word, pray, then do it!

Money can be a thorn for all of us. The rich want to stay rich and the poor want to be rich. The rich and the poor have a love for money! Also the hardest thing at times can be just being satisfied with what we already have! We need to remember the LORD will never fail us!

“Therefore, we say with confidence, Adonai is my helper; I will not be afraid-what can a human being do to me?”

We all have financial, health and directional challenges in life, but we all need to be reminded that we belong to the LORD and He will take care of us!

“Adonai is my light and salvation; whom do I need to fear? Adonai is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid?”
Psalm 27:1 CJB

Today, realize life is full of all kinds of obstacles. The good news is we have nothing to fear. The LORD will get us through in every situation!

Often times this can be really difficult, trying to find Shalom (peace) with the way the world around us is going! We will always be better off when we do. Don’t let things bother you so much!

“Turn from evil, and do good; seek peace, go after it!”

We really need to be people who seek peace and really go after it as much as we can!

“But if the people of a house or town will not welcome you or listen to you, leave it and shake its dust from your feet!”
Matthew 10:14 CJB

Today, let’s do our best to be peaceful and share the Good News of Salvation and if we are rejected, simply just walk away!
