Share the love of God

“Then they poured it out for the men to eat; but on tasting it, they cried, Man of God! There’s death in that pot! And they couldn’t eat it.”
2 Kings 4:40 CJB

This is so like the world around us, it’s full of death and destruction! So what do we do?

“But he said, Bring some flour. He threw it in the pot, then said, Pour it out for the people to eat. This time there was nothing harmful in the pot.”
2 Kings 4:41 CJB

The answer is we need to bring Yeshua wherever we go, sprinkling His love and grace everywhere!

“Come, let’s sing to Adonai! Let’s shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation!”
Psalm 95:1 CJB

Today, no matter what situation we may be in, we need to be sprinkling the good news of salvation!
Have a blessed day sharing the love of Yeshua!

God is good

“Thus says God, Adonai, who created the heavens and spread them out, who stretched out the earth and all that grows from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk on it.”
Isaiah 42:5 CJB

God has given us life and everything that is good in life is from Him, since He gave us breath we should use it to praise His holy name!

“Let them give glory to Adonai and proclaim His praise in the coastlands.”
Isaiah 42:12 CJB

No matter what is going on in the world around us we need to look for the good that Adonai has set before us! If we look we really can find it!

Hallelujah! How good it is to sing praises to our God! How sweet, how fitting to praise Him!”
Psalm 147:1 CJB

Know that Adonai has created us all to do great things for Him!

“God saw everything that He made, and indeed it was very good……”
Genesis 1:31 CJB

Today, realize God made you and He calls you good!
Have a blessed day praising Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Just trust God

“But now, bring me a musician. As the musician played, the hand of Adonai fell on Elisha; and he said, Adonai says to dig until this valley is full of trenches.”
2 Kings 3:15-16 CJB

Often times Adonai will ask us to do something that doesn’t make practicle sense! Like build a ark, walk around a city seven times or go to a land you’ve never seen! He may ask us to share with the person least likely to receive, but Adonai always has a perfect plan.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways, says Adonai.”
Isaiah 55:8 CJB

No matter how crazy our situation may seem, we always need to just trust God! His ways will always work out!

“For we live by trust, not by what we see.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 CJB

We need to just simply trust God, because He has it all worked out! Don’t be discouraged by what you see!

“As high as the sky is above the earth are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:9 CJB

Today, don’t get caught up in the crazy world we live in, but instead get caught up in Adonai, even if He directs you in a way that doesn’t make sense!
Have a blessed day trusting Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!

Follow God

“Eliyahu (Elijah) said to him, Please wait here, because Adonai has sent me to the Yarden. He replied, As Adonai lives, and as you live, I will not leave you. So the two of them went on.”
2 Kings 2:6 CJB

Do we cling to and follow people who wholeheartedly follow Adonai?

“If you forget Adonai your God, follow other gods and serve and worship them, I am warning you in advance today that you will certainly perish.”
Deuteronomy 8:19 CJB

When we follow false gods or false people we will always fall into disaster!

“How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.”
Psalm 119:9 CJB

Today, we need to be hanging out with people who love and follow God! The best way of making sure of that is by being in the word of God!
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!

Don’t be bossy

“The king sent a third commander of fifty, with his fifty men. The third commander of fifty climbed up, approached Eliyahu and fell on his knees before him. He pleaded with him: Man of God, please! Have some regard for my life and the lives of these fifty servants of yours!”
2 Kings 1:13 CJB

Here we see that the first two commanders demanded Elijah come and they were burnt up! This third commander asks Elijah to come and Elijah does after Adonai says ok! Here we see mercy when we ask God, not make commands and demands of God!

“Has God forgotten to be compassionate? Has He in anger withheld His mercy?”
Psalm 77:9 CJB

The answer to this is no! It is we who forget to be compassionate and kind from time to time!

“Give thanks to God of gods, for His grace continues forever.”
Psalm 136:2 CJB

Today, As Adonai is merciful and gracious to us, so we should be merciful and gracious to others also!
Have a blessed day reflecting the mercies of Yeshua!
