God has made Salvation so simple: we repent, He forgives! So don’t wait!

According to the Talmud: “Repent one day before you die. His disciples asked him, [How can we do that?] Who knows on what day he will die? He answered them, All the more reason to repent today, because you might be dead tomorrow!” Rabbi Eliezer (Shabbat 153a)

What a great statement, because when we die it is game over, so to speak! We need to repent here and now! Don’t wait till it’s too late!

“But I will call on God, and Adonai will save me.”
Psalm 55:16 CJB

Adonai desires all people to call upon Him to repent and be saved!

“Turn from your sins to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near!”
Matthew 3:2 CJB

God, desires us to repent, completely turn to Him! Why? Because we are all sinners and need salvation! Don’t wait till it’s too late and rejoice if you already have! Time is getting short, the Kingdom of Heaven is nearer than you think!

The world rejects the sovereignty of God, the sad thing is that those who reject God will be consumed by the fleshy things they desire!

“In other words, since they have not considered God worth knowing, God has given them up to worthless ways of thinking; so that they do improper things.”

We all need to make God a priority in our lives, it needs to be Him first in all things! Every time we look to the world we will simply just fall apart!țoo

“God is my strength and protection; He makes my way go straight.”
2 Samuel 22:33 CJB

We are able to go through every trial and tribulation set before us when we look to Adonai for our strength! We fail when we look to ourselves or others!

“Go to this people and say, You will keep on hearing but never understand, and you will keep on seeing but never perceive, because the heart of this people has grown thick-with their ears they barely hear, and their eyes they have closed, for fear that they should see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and do t’shuvah (return or turn), so that I could heal them.”
Acts 28:26-27 CJB also Isaiah 6:9-10

The Idea here is to just simply REPENT! The problem we have is we try to rationalize things in our own minds instead of just repenting and trusting Adonai! No one seems to want to hear, see or understand about the salvation that is freely given by Adonai!

“Then, if My people, who bear My name, will seek My face and turn from their evil ways, I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 7:14 CJB

We have been saved by Adonai! He made us and redeemed us and saved us from our evil ways, so we don’t have to be bogged down in sin and death! All we have to do is repent and turn to Him!

Adonai desires us to repent and not focus on sin and despair, instead focus on the Kingdom of God!

Understand even though our world is falling apart and life is definitely full of loss and heartbreak, the good news as believers not one of us will be lost! Why? Because Adonai has saved us!

We all can think of a moment or a situation that God got us out of or saved us from! The reality is He always saves us! Why? Because He is good!

“He saved them from hostile hands, redeemed them from power of the foe.”
Psalm 106:10 CJB

You maybe in a tight or uncomfortable situation even right now! Know this: God will get you through no matter what! We will get through the storms!
