God knows

“But Sha’ul said, No, I am not ‘crazy,’ Festus, your Excellency; on the contrary, I am speaking words of truth and sanity.”
Acts 26:25 CJB

This is exactly what the world calls us “Crazy” for believing in Yeshua and life after physical death! We need to be like Paul, pushing back and saying absolutely we are not crazy!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or down hearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

Just like Joshua, we need to be strong, bold and courageous as we as we go out into the world! Remember, God is always with us wherever we go!

“They will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you, says Adonai, to rescue you.”
Jeremiah 1:19 CJB

We all have battles in life that can make us crazy or be called crazy! What we need to remember: God knows all and is in control of all, even the things that don’t make any sense to us! We need to just stand strong in Adonai!
Being thankful for Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

The world is irrational

“It seems irrational to me to send a prisoner without also indicating what the charges against him are.”
Acts 25:27 CJB

This is our world today! Full of irrational and unreasonable situations and people! Understand they sent Paul away with no charges against him! Our world today, is full of irrational people doing irrational things!

“You will not do things the way we do them here today, where everyone does whatever in his own opinion seems right.”
Deuteronomy 12:8 CJB

The world is full of opinions and statements “It’s my truth” or “I’ll do it my way”. The world is sadly mistaken, it is God’s way that matters and nothing else! Doing things our own way always leads to disaster!

“All a person’s ways are right in his own view, but Adonai weighs the heart.”
Proverbs 21:2 CJB

Today, when we do or say something let’s be rational in our thinking and ask God, what His desire is first in all matters!
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!

Clear your conscience

“Indeed, it is because of this that I make a point of always having a clear conscience in the sight of both God and man.”
Acts 24:16 CJB

This can be real difficult to do at times when people can be mean and evil, saying and doing evil things towards us! We need to be really mindful of what we say what we do and how we react!

“But I tell you that anyone who nurses anger against his brother will be subject to judgment; that whoever calls his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing!’ will be brought before the Sanhedrin; that whoever says, ‘Fool!’ incurs the penalty of burning in the fire of Get-Hinnom!”
Matthew 5:22 CJB

When we hold on to grudges and situations, it really does burn us up inside and makes us angry and bitter! We need to forgive and let go, no matter how hard!

“For if you forgive others their offenses, your Heavenly Father will forgive you.”
Matthew 6:14 CJB

A really good quote from the Talmud for us to follow is: “He who waives his right to retribution is forgiven his sins.” The bottom line is we need to let go of grudges and let God deal with things!
Have a blessed day clearing our conscience of wrong thinking towards men and especially towards God!

Go love people

“When he said this, an argument arose between the P’rushim and the Tz’dukim (Pharisees and Sadducees), and the crowd was divided.”
Acts 23:7 CJB

Sounds like things today! The world is divided! Divided religion, politics and countries! With division comes arguments and worse!

“If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom can’t survive.”
Mark 3:24 CJB

How do we combat division? By loving each other!

“This is My command: that you keep on loving each other just as I have loved you.”
John 15:12 CJB

The simplest thing we can do to have unity in Yeshua, is to love those around us!
Have a blessed day looking for ways to love those around you!

Hear and obey

“Those who were with me did see the light, but they didn’t hear of the voice of the one who was speaking to me.”
Acts 22:9 CJB

Something to think about here, many people may admit that God is real and even quote His Word, but don’t listen for His voice and obey His Word!

“You are to follow Adonai your God, fear Him, obey His mitzvot (commands), listen to what He says, serve Him and cling to Him.”
Deuteronomy 13:5 CJB verse 4 in other translations.

We need to not only believe in God we also need to obey Him and do as He instructs us through His Word!

“I cling to Your instruction; Adonai, don’t let me be put to shame!”
Psalm 119:31 CJB

Today, let’s not only acknowledge God like much of the world does, especially in the Holiday Season we are coming into, but let’s not only acknowledge Him, but also obey Him!
Have a blessed day obeying Yeshua!
