Remove sin!

“Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned back My wrath from the children of Israel, because he was zealous with My zeal among them, so that I did not consume the children of Israel in My zeal.”

Numbers 25:11

Like Phinehas we need to have zeal for the LORD, and not fall into the ways of the world, by removing all the junk that can consume us.

“Let my mouth be filled with Your praise and with Your glory all the day.”

Psalm 71:8

The best way we can remove the world from our lives is to fill ourselves with His praise.

“Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!”

Psalm 150:6

We all have issues in life, good times and bad times! The best way to get through them is to have a zeal for the LORD and praise Him in everything! Have a blessed day.

Don’t deny the LORD

“But Peter said, Man, I do not know what you are saying! Immediately, while he was still speaking, the rooster crowed.”

Luke 22:60

How often do we deny or doubt the LORD? Probably more often than we care to omit! We say things like “God d.. it or use the LORDS name in vain! We all blow it from time to time!

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

1 John 1:9

Even when we blow it, we need to be reminded that our LORD always forgives us when we call out to Him and confess!

“The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.”

Psalm 145:18

So whatever you maybe going through don’t deny or doubt instead call out to the LORD! Have a blessed day.

Humble yourself

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God.”

Micah 6:8

What the LORD requires from us really isn’t too complicated!

“Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.”

Luke 6:36

To love mercy!

“Let Your mercy, O LORD; be upon us, Just as we hope in You.”

Psalm 33:22

Walk humbly!

“The humble He guides in justice, And the humble He teaches His way.”

Psalm 25:9

All we have to do is walk in the ways of the LORD, not ours, doing His will, and reflecting His love! Have a blessed day and Shabbat Shalom.
