We all really need to be careful of what we say and not be careless! What we say matters, our words can really hurt, get us in trouble and sometimes can’t be taken back!

“Let my lips speak praise, because you teach me Your laws.”
Psalm 119:171 CJB

We need to be pouring the word of God into our minds and hearts to combat the evil that surrounds us and the evil that may be in us!

“Your word is refined to complete purity, and your sevant loves it.”
Psalm 119:140 CJB

Today, we really need to check what we say and if we are saying ungodly things, then we better check what what we are taking in!

The sad thing is that even today people don’t take repenting and turning from sin seriously! Many take the grace of God for granted and don’t realize God’s grace comes with a great responsibility we need to walk in His ways! Grace is a free gift from God, which should be the most precious gift we have!

“But I tell you that on the Day of Judgment it will be more bearable for the land of S’dom (Sodom) than for you.”
Matthew 11:24 CJB

All this can start to sound scary and may even worry you a bit! Jesus is really serious about us not living in sin, He wants us to walk in His ways, which will always be right! Is it hard? Yes! But with the LORD it’s easy!

“Take My yoke upon you and LEARN from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
Matthew 11:30 CJB

Our LORD really wants us to be walking in His ways. To be honest, it is way more burdensome to walk in sin!
Today let’s walk in the light of the LORD!

“Be on guard, for there will be people who will hand you over to the local Sanhedrin and flog you in their synagogues.”
Matthew 10:17 CJB

God warns us numerous times through scripture to be on guard, beware or to watch! Why? Because, there are evil men, even men you fellowship with, who will be out to get you!

“So stay alert, because you know neither the day nor the hour.”
Matthew 25:13 CJB

We all need to be mindful of the environment we are in. It really is hostile towards believers! King David was betrayed from within and so was Jesus!

“Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know what the time is.”
Mark 13:33 CJB

Today, let’s be watchful, prayerful and on guard knowing the LORD has us covered, but the world is against the LORD, so it will be against us! Remember, Yeshua (Jesus) overcame the world!

The same goes today, many believers try to witness or instruct other believers instead of sharing with non-believers! What we need to be doing is going out and seeking the lost and share the Good News of Salvation!

“Sing to Adonai, bless His name! Proclaim His victory day after day!”

We all really need to get out and share about Yeshua (Jesus) with everyone and anyone we can! Don’t get caught up in messy worldly events, but share the love of the LORD instead!

“Pray that the LORD of the harvest will send out workers to gather in His harvest.”
Matthew 9:38 CJB

The good news is we are the workers for the LORD and we get to go out and share!

At what? Jesus just cast out the demons into the swine. Instead of the people being happy that the demon-possessed man was healed, they were more concerned about their financial losses! Same happens today. People call on the LORD when in need and then ask Him to leave when He conflicts with their life!

“For Adonai, God, is a sun and shield; Adonai bestows favor and honor; He will not withhold anything good from those whose lives are pure.”
Psalm 84:11 CJB

We all need to be careful of looking at God as some kind of wish grantor! He does bless us with many different things! Salvation is the biggest one, being cleansed and being healed from sin! With that said: He does desire us to walk in His ways, doing life His way!

“Make me hear of Your love in the morning, because I rely on You. Make me know the way I should walk, because I entrust myself to You.”
Psalm 143:8 CJB

Today, let’s be believers who always rely upon the LORD for our every step and every need!
