Two thousand years ago, the world was darkened for three hours and no matter where we look today we can see things are getting dark! The question is: should we panic or not? The answer is NO! Yeshua told us things would get dark!

“The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the coming of the great and terrible Day of Adonai.”
Joel 3:4 CJB

Again, as we look around us, we see things getting dark, but as believers we should be rejoicing. For non believers it will be terrible, but for believers it will be glorious!

“At that time, whoever calls on the name of Adonai will be saved. For in Mount Tziyon and Yerushalayim there will be those who escape, as Adonai has promised; among the survivors will be those whom Adonai has called.”
Joel 3:5 CJB

Today, things may look bad, but our hope is in the LORD! So let’s get out there and share that hope of salvation with those who don’t believe!

We all can get caught up in this type of thinking, looking at other people and their problems! We can be consumed by what other people are doing, instead of our own situations!

The best thing we can do is: don’t follow the people and things going on around us, but follow the LORD!

“How happy is everyone who fears Adonai, who lives by His ways.”

Today, if you want peace? Simply follow the LORD!

We all can be like Thomas and doubt the LORD from time to time and need to see evidence of His existence from time to time!

“Instantly the father of the child exclaimed, I do trust-help my lack of trust.”

Like this father and even Thomas, we can believe. We just need to see something to encourage us or help our lack of trust!

“So trust comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through a word proclaimed about Messiah.”

Today, if you’re feeling a bit out of it, feeling beat up or just lacking in the faith department, good news you’re not alone. We all fail at that from time to time! The best thing we can do is spend some time with the LORD. He will meet you and encourage you!

Nothing has changed, people are still trying to kick Yeshua out of every public place and diminish Him as King!

As we see the public, government and even the church trying to remove Yeshua from everywhere, we believers need to stay strong and keep lifting the LORD up!

“Fools say in their hearts, There is no God. They deal corruptly, their deeds are vile, not one does what is right.”
Psalm 14:1 CJB

Today, even though the world is rejecting the LORD at every turn, we need to step in the gap and praise Him everywhere!

Often times we can be like Kefa (Peter) and pull our swords out in reaction, instead of taking a deep breath to see what the LORD is going to do!

We all can think or believe that we have to do something, say something or react to something instead of just realizing that the LORD allows things to happen for His purposes!

“Furthermore, we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called in accordance with His purpose.”
Romans 8:28 CJB

Today, realize even though we may not understand or agree with things going on around us, know that the LORD has it all figured out. Most of the time we should take a deep breath, remain silent and pray!
