The LORD has all the answers

“When the whole land of Egypt started feeling the famine, the people cried to Pharaoh for food, and Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, Go to Yosef, and do what he tells you to do.”
Genesis 41:55 CJB

In many ways, we see the same thing happening today as we are, in my opinion, entering into a famine! Lockdowns, pandemics and political uneasiness is happening. We see rulers of the land have no answer! But the LORD does!

“However, from there you will seek Adonai your God; and you will find Him if you search after Him with all your heart and being.”
Deuteronomy 4:29 CJB

As dark as things get around us, we need to be searching and seeking the LORD! Don’t look to the world for answers, but look to the LORD, because He is the only answer!

“Come to Me, all of you who are struggling and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30 CJB

With all the dark things going on around us, it is the LORD who we need! He is the bread and light of the world!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Joy in the LORD

“How happy are the people who know the joyful shout! They walk in the light of your presence, Adonai.”
Psalm 89:15 CJB

We should all be happy, waiting and listening for that joyful shout of the LORD calling us home! No matter how you view the day of the LORD, understand He is going to call us all home one way or the other and that should give us joy!

“They rejoice all day and are lifted up by Your righteousness, for You Yourself are the strength in which they glory. Our power grows by pleasing You.”
Psalm 89:16-17 CJB

There is nothing better than walking in the light of the LORD and His righteousness! The LORD always has joy when we, His people, walk in His ways!

“But if we are walking in the light, as He is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7 CJB

Today, don’t walk in darkness, but instead walk in His glorious light!
May your day be richly blessed in Him!

We are His special treasure!

“Then those who feared Adonai spoke together; and Adonai listened and heard. A record book was written in His presence for those who feared Adonai and had respect for His name.”
Malachi 3:16 CJB

This is what we need to be doing! Getting together, listening to His word and respecting His holy name! Then go out and share it!

“They will be mine, says Adonai- Tzva’ot (almighty), on the day when I compose My own special treasure. I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves Him.”
Malachi 3:17 CJB

We are the LORD’S special treasure. That alone should make us want to serve Him and walk in His ways!

“Then once again you will see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between the person who serves God and one that doesn’t serve Him.”
Malachi 3:18 CJB

There is always a difference when we serve the LORD and walk in His ways. Our LORD promises to take care of us and protect us! Remember, we are His special treasure! Have a blessed day following hard after the LORD!

Look to the LORD

“Therefore I have in turn made you contemptible and vile before all people, because you did not keep my ways but were partial in applying the Torah (instruction).”
Malachi 2:9 CJB

God is all knowing and all powerful, He’s not confused or changes His mind! He means what He says and does what He says! Our problem is too often we try to blur the lines of scripture or take things out of context to fit our desires! Are we partial when applying the instructions of the LORD to fit our lifestyles?

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who change darkness into light and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet and sweet into bitter!”
Isaiah 5:20 CJB

The world around us is lifting up wrong as good. We definitely see it in Hollywood, in the media and in governments! The sad thing is we hear it preached from many pulpits in the world!

“You have wearied Adonai with words. Yet you ask, How have we wearied Him? By saying that anyone who does wrong is good from Adonai’s perspective, and that He is delighted with them; or by asking, Where is the God of justice?”
Malachi 2:17 CJB

Today, be careful of listening to Pastors’ and Bible teachers’ perspective on God, without using His word for His perspective!
We will always be blessed when we listen to the LORD, doing what He says as His word directs us!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Light

“For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.”
Psalm 36:9 CJB

What a great thing to be reminded of in this ever growing darker world, that the LORD is light!

“In Him is life, and the life was the light of mankind. The light shines in darkness, and the darkness has not suppressed it.”
John 1:4-5 CJB

I believe we all need to be reminded of the fact that Yeshua is light and if we keep looking to Him we see how bright our future is!

“Throw all your anxieties upon Him, because He cares about you.”
1 Peter 5:7 CJB

Today, no matter how dark it may be getting, just look to the LORD and give all your cares and burdens to Him!
