Often times we can get so caught up in our own problems we can’t see what is happening in the lives around us! We also can be so focused on self we lose sight of serving the LORD!

“Serve Adonai with gladness. Enter His presence with joyful songs.”
Psalm 100:2 CJB

When we focus on ourselves we can become become blind to the world around us and we can miss out on what the LORD is doing!

“Don’t take vengeance on or bear a grudge against any of your people; rather, love your neighbor as yourself; I am Adonai.”
Leviticus 19:18 CJB

Today, let’s focus on the LORD, others and then ourselves then see what the LORD will do!

What a great reminder for us all. We just need to live in Yeshua, knowing when we die we gain eternity with Him!

“Yes, those who live uprightly will have peace as they rest on their couches.”
Isaiah 57:2 CJB

The key is to live as uprightly as we can for Yeshua! As we do, people will notice and doors will open to share His truth!

“But if we are walking in the light, as He is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7 CJB

Today, let’s be walking in His light, living and shining for the LORD and enjoying His peace!

Even though we may have physical battles in life, such as health, finances and jobs which are physical, realize it really is a spiritual battle! Our best defense and offense is being in union with the LORD!

“Use all the armor and weaponry that God provides, so that you will be able to stand against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.”
Ephesians 6:11 CJB

The LORD has given us many tools to fight with and we find them in His word! Yeshua, when He was tempted by Satan, countered him with Scripture!

“For we are not struggling against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realm.”
Ephesians 6:12 CJB

Today, realize your battle isn’t with your neighbor, boss or the government. It is really with evil, with Satan and his demonic forces! Remember, we our on the side of the LORD who has already won!

“Adonai said to Moshe, On behalf of the people of Israel, take vengeance on Midyanim. After that, you will be gathered to your people.”

Here we see the LORD calling the people together, His people, His tribe! It is more about gathering His people together to be one in Him which is the most important thing! Vengeance really belongs to the LORD!

“Adonai is jealous and vengeful God. Adonai avenges; He knows how to be angry. Adonai takes vengeance on His foes and stores up wrath for His enemies.”

The LORD doesn’t need us to do His work, He just wants us to be part of what He is doing! He wants us to be gathered together in His tribe to be one in Him!

“But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to posses! Why? In order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9 CJB

Today, let’s be a people who are gathered together to be about the LORD, sharing His wonderful Good News of salvation!

The world around us is filled with evil and wicked people doing evil and wicked things! We need to be careful of falling into their traps! The best way to live wisely is to be in His word!

The best way to spend our time is to be in His word and to walk in His ways, that’s the best way to protect ourselves from evil!

“The angel of Adonai, who encamps around those who fear Him, delivers them.”
Psalm 34:7 CJB

The fear spoken of here isn’t fear of the LORD, but fear going through life without Him! Today, let’s be in His word so we can navigate the world wisely!
