Know when to go

“Adonai spoke to us in Horev. He said, You lived long enough by this mountain.”
Deuteronomy 1:6 CJB

The same goes for us. Often times we spend to long on the mountain tops of life! We need too know when we’ve worn out our welcome and move on!

“You made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to set.”
Psalm 104:19 CJB

God has given us His word and His Holy Spirit to direct and guide us, so we should know when to stay and when to go!

“Guide my footsteps by your word; don’t let any kind of sin rule me.”
Psalm 119:133 CJB

Today, let’s be in the word, listening for His direction!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

God has it under control

“He existed before all things, and He holds everything together.”
Colossians 1:17 CJB

The LORD was here long before us and He will always be here! He also has all things under His control!

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things came to be through Him, and without Him nothing made had being.”
John 1:1-3 CJB

God, has made all things so we need to know that He also has all things under control no matter how things may look! He doesn’t need our help trying to fix things. He really has that all covered!

“Worship Adonai in holy splendor; tremble before Him, all the earth!”
Psalm 96:9 CJB

Today, don’t be disheartened by the evil we see in the world, but instead just worship the LORD, He has everything under control!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Don’t worry

“Don’t worry about anything; on the contrary, make your requests known to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving.”
Philippians 4:6 CJB

The LORD really wants us not to worry and we shouldn’t! We should know everything will work out perfectly, just as the LORD has planned it!

“Then God’s shalom (peace), passing all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with the Messiah Yeshua.”
Philippians 4:7 CJB

When we look to the LORD for everything and trust Him in everything, He will give us His peace! In the world we will still have conflict, trials and tribulation, but with the LORD we will have his shalom to get us through!

“What I am leaving with you is shalom-I am giving you My shalom. I don’t give the way the world gives. Don’t let yourselves be upset or frightened.”
John 14:27 CJB

Today, the world wants to give us fear and anxiety, but the LORD wants to give us peace!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Shalom

Have a blessed day in Him!

Draw closer to the LORD

“Yes, I gave it all up in order to know Him, that is, to know the power of His resurrection and fellowship of His sufferings as I am being conformed to His death, so that somehow I might arrive at being resurrected from the dead.”
Philippians 3:10-11 CJB

When we give up the things of the world, it always brings us closer to the LORD! Because one day we will come to the end of this life!

“But for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made Adonai Elohim my refuge, so that I can tell of all Your works.”
Psalm 73:28 CJB

As the world gets rougher and more evil, the more we need to remove ourselves from it and draw closer to God!

“For I know that my Redeemer lives, that in the end He will rise on the dust (earth); so that after my skin has been thus destroyed, then even without my flesh, I will see God.”
Job 19:25-26 CJB

Today, realize, the world really has nothing for us, so when we give up worldliness and draw near to God, we really don’t give up anything, but gain the presence of the LORD!
Have a blessed day in Him!
