Victory in Yeshua

David stationed garrisons in Edom, and all the people of Edom became subject to him. Adonai gave victory to David wherever he went.”
1 Chronicles 18:13 CJB

Why did David have victory? The reason he had victory is because he followed Adonai! We, too, can have victory when we follow and do what Adonai instructs us to do!

“For I don’t rely on my bow, nor can my sword give me victory.”
Psalm 44:6 CJB

When we rely upon ourselves or our skills and resources we will always end up in disasters! But when we rely upon Adonai victory happens because it is victory in Yeshua!

“After these things, I heard what sounded like the roar of a huge crowd in heaven, shouting, Hallelujah! The victory, the glory, the power of our God!”
Revelation 19:1 CJB

Today, if you want to be successful and victorious, then follow Adonai and all His glorious instructions found in His word!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!

Watch and pray

“When your days come to an end and you go to be with your ancestors, I will establish one of your descendants to succeed you, one of your own sons; and I will set up his rulership. He will build Me a house, and I will establish his throne forever.”
1 Chronicles 17:11-12 CJB

Like David, we may want to accomplish or build something, but God has a plan for someone else to do it! That doesn’t mean that we can’t prepare the way for that someone else and be watching for that situation! Also let’s prepare our children to take over! We always need to be watching and praying!

“I will stand at my watch post; I will station myself on the rampart. I will look to see what [God] will say through me and what I will answer when I am reproved.”
Habbakuk 2:1 CJB

We all need to be watching, praying and then doing what Adonai directs us to do! Really that is all that really matters is what God leads us to do!

“Teach me Your way Adonai; lead me on a level path because of my enemies.”
Psalm 27:11 CJB

Today, as we look around us, there are many things we can pray about and prepare for as we wait upon God!
Have a blessed day being prepared for His soon return!

God is amazing

“Sing to Him, sing praises to Him! Talk about all His wonders.”
1 Chronicles 16:9 CJB

Do we have a song of thanks that we sing to Adonai? If we don’t, we should! Why? Because even on our worst days He is still doing wondrous things!

“Sing praise to Adonai, you faithful of His: and give thanks on recalling His holiness.”
Psalm 30:4 CJB

No matter where we look today, things are starting to look rough! We have storms, protests, diseases and financial decline happening around us and still God is doing glorious things!

“Sing the glory of His name, make His praise glorious.”
Psalm 66:2 CJB

Today, let’s really look to and sing about the glory of Adonai and not get caught up in the doom and gloom of the world!
Have a blessed day knowing God is amazing!

Spend everyday with Adonai

“So all Israel brought up the ark for the covenant of Adonai with shouting; blowing on shofars and trumpets; and cymbals sounding with lutes and lyres.”
1 Chronicles 15:28 CJB

Do we have this amount of joy and celebration for Adonai? If not we should, everyday we get here on earth is another day that is filled with the greatness of Adonai!

“This is the day Adonai has made, a day for us to rejoice and be glad.”
Psalm 118:24 CJB

Everyday we get is a day we can spend rejoicing in Adonai, we just need to look for the opportunities to share the goodness of Adonai!

“Come, let’s sing to Adonai! Let’s shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation!”
Psalm 95:1 CJB

Today, let’s not let the world around us out do our joy for Adonai! Let’s be bold and sharing about the Rock of our salvation!
Have a blessed day!

Wait

“So David’s reputation spread to all countries, and Adonai brought fear of him to all nations.”
1 Chronicles 14:17 CJB

David called on Adonai, listened to His words and then did them as Adonai instructed! Then Adonai did the work and the people saw God in David, which caused the nations to fear!

“I call on Adonai, who is worthy of praise: and I am saved from my enemies.”
Psalm 18:4 CJB

The first thing in any situation is we need to call on Adonai and wait for His reply! Don’t call on Him and then proceed, but wait!

“Adonai takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who wait for his grace.”
Psalm 147:11 CJB

Today, take the time to call on Adonai, but also take the time to wait!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!
