What God is asking is do you make the hawk soar, the rivers flow and the sun rise? The answer is no, we don’t! So why do we think that we are more than we are?
“For Adonai is a great God, a great king greater than all gods.”
Psalm 95:3 CJB
In other words, there is nothing greater than the creator of the universe, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob!
“For Adonai is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared more than all gods.”
Psalm 95:4 CJB
What we should fear is living life without God! What is sad is people feel they can’t live without the manāmade false gods! Remember all we really need is the Creator of the Universe!
