God restores

“He removed foreign gods and the idol from the house of Adonai and all the alters he had built on the hill of the house of Adonai and in Yerushalayim, and threw them out of the city.”
2 Chronicles 33:15 CJB

As evil as Manasseh was, when he hit rock bottom in a prison in Babylon, god heard His cry of repentance and forgave him!

“God restore us! Make your face shine, and we will be saved.”
Psalm 80:3 CJB

God is so gracious and kind when we repent He forgives, restores and forgets our sins!

“He has removed our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”
Psalm 103:12 CJB

This should give us all great hope, knowing when we blow it He is faithful and just to forgive!
Have a blessed day!

Fortify your heart

“Then, taking courage, he rebuilt the broken sections of the wall, raised towers on it, built another wall outside that, strengthened the Millo in the City of David, and made a large quantity of spears and shields.”
2 Chronicles 32:5 CJB

Often times when we stumble, we just give up! What we need to do is rebuild the walls in our heart then reinforce them, by digging deeper into His word!

“I treasure Your Word in my heart, so that I won’t sin against you.”
Psalm 119:11 CJB

The best way to strengthen our hearts and build walls against the enemy is to be in His Word!

“Please! Receive instruction from His mouth, and take His words to heart.”
Job 22:22 CJB

When we build ourselves up in the Word of God, we definitely will be fortifying our hearts!
Have a blessed day digging into the Word of God!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be giving

“When Hizkiyahu and the leaders came and saw the heaps, they blessed Adonai and his people Israel.”
2 Chronicles 31:8 CJB

When we support the ministries of God, He will always not be out given so He will bless us even more!

“Bring the whole tenth into the storehouse, so that there will be food in My house, and put me to the test, says Adonai-Tzva’ot. See if I won’t open for you the floodgates of heaven and pour out for you a blessing far beyond your needs.”
Malachi 3:10 CJB

When we are giving, God will heap on us His blessings! We just need to be like Adonai, who is a giving amazing God!

“Taste, and see that Adonai is good. How blessed are those who take refuge in Him!”
Psalm 34:8 CJB

We all can see how good Adonai is! How? By not looking and dwelling on our problems or what we don’t have, but instead let’s look to God and how good He is and what He has for us is far better than we can imagine!
Have a blessed day being a blessing to others!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be humble

“First they set about removing the altars that were in Yerushalayim, and they also removed all the altars for incense and threw them in Vadi Kidron.”
2 Chronicles 30:14 CJB

Are we destroying the pagan altars in our lives? Or are we building them up?

“Therefore, submit to God. Moreover, take a stand against the Adversary, and he will flee from you.”
James 4:7 CJB

We need to be running to God and submitting to Him, and not building on the pagan altars of the world! How do we achieve this? By humbling ourselves before Him!

“Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so at the right time He may lift you up.”
1 Peter 5:6 CJB

When is the right time? Every time we humble ourselves before Him!
Have a blessed day being humble before Adonai!

Rejoice

“Hizkiyahu and all the people rejoiced over what God had prepared for the people since it had all happened so suddenly.”
2 Chronicles 29:36 CJB

When we rejoice over the things God has already done, we will start rejoicing of the things that are yet to come!

“Let the heavens rejoice; let the earth be glad; let them say among the nations, Adonai is king!”
1 Chronicles 16:31 CJB

Let us be believers who rejoice about our past, present and future! Let us rejoice in all things!

“Rejoice in union with the LORD always! I will say it again: rejoice!”
Philippians 4:4 CJB

When we are united with Adonai and seeing Him in everything, it will always lead us to rejoicing in Him!
Have a blessed day rejoicing in Adonai!
