Be counted for Adonai

“Take a census of the entire assembly of the people of Israel twenty years old and over, by their ancestral clans, all who are subject to military service in Israel.”
Numbers 26:2 CJB

We all need to take account or a census of our lives, no matter how old or young you are! Are you living for Yeshua? Are we serving Him?

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

This verse doesn’t say do good things so your name can shine on a billboard or a social media post, it says let your good works shine so that Adonai can be glorified!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

We need to be counted by Adonai, not speaking of ourselves or other people, but Yeshua’s idea of Salvation! “Small people speak of other people, but Godly people speak of good ideas”! The best idea or thing we can speak about is proclaiming Salvation granted to us by Yeshua!
May your day be richly blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be alert!

“Treat the Midyanim as enemies and attack them; because they are treating you as enemies by the trickery they used to deceive you in the P’or incident and in the affair of their sister Kozbi, the daughters of the leader from Midyan, the woman who was killed on the day of the plague in the P’or incident.”
Numbers 25:17-18 CJB

Two things to take from this! One: the enemy is crafty and very deceitful and he uses unsaved pagan people to do his bidding!

“Now the serpent was more crafty than any wild animal which Adonai, God, had made. He said to the woman, Did God really say, ‘You are not to eat from any tree in the garden’?”
Genesis 3:1 CJB

Two: we are to remove these enemies! Now we are not to physically kill any one, but we are to remove the things from our lives that lead us to sin! We also need to be on guard!

“Stay sober, stay alert! Your enemy the Adversary, stalks about like a lion looking for someone to devour.”
1 Peter 5:8 CJB

Remember the enemy is always out to deceive, trick and lead you astray! So stay alert and be on guard, also know Yeshua has you in His hands, so look to Him in every situation!
May your day be blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!

God does all things perfectly!

“How lovely are your tents, Ya`akov; your encampments, Israel.”
Numbers 24:5 CJB

What we should see here is no matter how bad things may look, God has made everything beautiful!

“I thank you because I am awesomely made, wonderfully; your works are wonders-I know this very well.”
Psalm 139:14 CJB

How amazing it is that God has perfectly made us and the world around us also! No matter how bad things may seem, just look to Him in everything!

“Furthermore, we know that God causes everything to work together for good of those who love God and are called in accordance with His purpose.”
Romans 8:28 CJB

So everything that happens is according to God’s plan, we just need to trust Him in everything, knowing everything is according to His purpose, so love Him!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!

Walk in His ways

“Look, I am ordered to bless; when He blesses, I can’t reverse it.”
Numbers 23:20 CJB

In other words no one can reverse what God says and does, He is in control of everything!

“I will make you a great nation, I will bless you, and I will make your name great; and you are to be a blessing.”
Genesis 12:2 CJB

God blesses and curses when He chooses! What we need to do is simply walk in His ways, not get in His way!

“How happy is everyone who fears Adonai, who lives by His ways.”
Psalm 128:1 CJB

The fear of Adonai is a fear of living life without Him! So let’s walk in His ways!
Have a blessed day!

Choose God

“God came to Bil`am during the night and said to him, If the men have come to summon you, get up and go with them; but do only what I tell you.”
Numbers 22:20 CJB

Here God gives Balaam an opportunity to make a choice, unfortunately he chose wrong!

“Eliyahu stepped forward before all the people and said, How long are you going to jump back and forth between two positions? If Adonai is God, follow Him; but if Ba`al, follow him! The people answered him not a word.”
1 Kings 18:21 CJB

Often times we can be faltering between two opinions! As believers we can get caught up between being godly or worldly! We can’t ride the fence. We have to choose God!

“No one can be slave to two masters; for he will either hate the first and love the second, or scorn the second and be loyal to the first. You can’t be a slave to both God and money.”
Matthew 6:24 CJB

We really need to make the right choices and serve God!
Have a blessed day serving Adonai!
