Wear His holy garments

“Of the blue, purple, and scarlet thread they made garments of ministry, for ministering in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron, as the LORD commanded Moses.”

Exodus 39:1

Do we set ourselves aside to be holy? Do we try to stay clean for ministry? Realize, the LORD saved us and desires to use us for His ministry!

“For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

1 Corinthians 6:20

We as believers really need to be set apart, knowing that we are being watched by the people around us! So, what we say, what we post and what we do people are seeing! We need to ask ourselves does it glorify the LORD?

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

As you go through your day, know this people are watching and listening to you and even more so today, because of social media, so watch what you post! Have a blessed day knowing you are robed in His holy garments!

Repent

“And you shall make for them linen trousers to cover their nakedness; they shall reach from the waist to the thighs.”

Exodus 28:42

Realize, at this time pagan priests did most things in the nude! Like the world now sin is out in the open uncovered and celebrated! Our LORD wants us covered and covered by Him!

“Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.”

Isaiah 45:22

We need repentance and we need to be praying for the people around us to repent!

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

2 Chronicles 7:14

If we want to see revival, we need to see repentance first and it really starts with us!

“Come now, and let us reason together, Says the LORD, Through your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow: Through they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.”

Isaiah 1:18

Today, call to the LORD and know He has you covered! Have a blessed day knowing you are saved and let’s share that blessing with those around you!

The LORD has what you need

“And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire – where ‘THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.'”

Mark 9:47-48

Do we deal with the sin in our lives or do we ignore it? The world says: do what makes you happy, if it feels good how can it be wrong or my body my life! What does God say?

“Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him.”

Deuteronomy 8:6

Jesus says!

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

John 14:15

The LORD isn’t mean or a spoiler of fun, He is the creator of the universe and He knows what is good for us! What we get to do is walk in His ways not in the worldly ways!

“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.”

Isaiah 12:2

Realize, everything we need is in the LORD! He gave us His commands on how to walk, His strength to do them and His grace to get us through! The world has nothing, but heart ache for us! The LORD has nothing but joy, so have a blessed day walking in His ways!

Love and serve others

“And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”

Mark 9:35

In other words, don’t think so highly of yourself: My problems are bigger or my situation is more important. When we sit back and take a look at the situations of those around us, our situations don’t seem so bad!

“And above all things have fervent love for one another, for LOVE WILL COVER A MULTITUDE OF SINS.”

1 Peter 4:8 and Proverbs 10:12

Jesus also said:

“This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”

John 15:12

The idea of loving and serving others is a theme found throughout scripture!

“You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.”

Leviticus 19:18

Today, let us not look at ourselves or try to be first, but instead let us serve and love those who are around us!

May you have a blessed and joyful day serving and loving others!

Shabbat Shalom!
