The LORD is full of life and is full of light and we, as believers, get to reflect both!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”

There are enough dark and negative things going on in the world around us. The only light people might see is us reflecting the light of the LORD! So let’s be reflectors of His glory today!

“Arise, shine [Yerushalayim], for your light has come, the glory of Adonai has risen over you.”

Isaiah 60:1 CJB

Today, let’s arise and shine for the LORD, knowing His glory is upon us!

“Israel is set aside for Adonai, the first fruits of His harvest; all who devour Him will incur guilt; evil will befall them, says Adonai.”

Just like Israel is set aside for the LORD, so are we because we are Grafted In and have accepted Jesus for who He is: LORD!

“But if some of the branches were broken off, and you-a wild olive-were grafted in among them and have become equal sharers in the rich root of the olive tree.”

Romans 11:17 CJB

Remember we are Grafted In to the rich God-anointed root Israel, we are not a replacement! As believers in Jesus we get to partake and share of the rich root of the olive tree (Israel) which God Himself has anointed!

“For you are a people set apart as holy for Adonai your God. Adonai your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be His own unique treasure.”

Deuteronomy 7:6 CJB

Today, know that you are chosen by the LORD as His special people. So let’s get out and share His love and how great He is!

Just like Jeremiah, the LORD knew us before we were born and separated us for Himself! He also appointed us to share His Good News!

“Whoever acknowledges Me in the presence of others I will also acknowledge in the presence of My Father in heaven.”

Matthew 10:32 CJB

Like Jeremiah, we need to look for every opportunity to share the Good News of His salvation! The world around us really needs to hear about Jesus!

“But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”

1 Peter 2:9 CJB

Today, realize, we are called and appointed by the LORD to share the Good News of salvation! Let’s pray that people hear, repent and accept the beautiful gift of salvation.

Realize, when we do our own thing we will end up wandering through the deserts of life! When we don’t do what the LORD says eventually we end up in disaster. Remember, the tribes of Rueben and Gad ended up raising pigs in the land of the gentiles! Listen and do what the LORD says!

No matter how crazy it may seem, when we keep and do what the LORD says we will always be better off!

“For we live by trust, not by what we see.”

Today, don’t make decisions by what you see, but by what the LORD says! If we do our own thing we will always end up walking around aimlessly in the desert! Have a blessed day following the LORD!
