Be an encourager

“He said, You man so greatly loved, don’t be afraid. Shalom to you; and be strong, yes, truly strong. His speaking to me strengthened me, and I said, My lord, keep speaking; because you’ve given me strength.”

Daniel 10:19 CJB

We all need the LORD’S strength and we all need to be encouraged and to encourage others also!

“As each one has received some spiritual gift, he should use it to serve others, like good managers of God’s many-sided grace.”

1 Peter 4:10 CJB

As believers we really need to be encouraging each other! In the times we are living, things are getting darker and we need to support each other!

“Great is Adonai and greatly to be praised; His greatness is beyond all searching out.”

Psalm 145:3 CJB

Today, you may be feeling you need some encouragement, realize, those around you need some too! So today, let’s encourage people in the LORD!

The LORD is compassionate

“It is for Adonai our God to show compassion and forgiveness, because we rebelled against Him.”

Daniel 9:9 CJB

What a great God we serve. It is us who do evil and rebel against God, but it is He who forgives and has compassion on us!

“He forgives all your offenses, He heals all your diseases.”

Psalm 103:3 CJB

As we go through the day, we can feel dragged down and beat up by all our failures, but the LORD always comes through with healing and forgiveness!

“Therefore, our God, listen to the prayer and pleadings of your servant; and cause your face to shine on your desolated sanctuary, for Your own sake.”

Daniel 9:17 CJB

Today, let’s rejoice in how good our LORD is and How He is always willing and able to forgive, even though it is we who rebel! Have a blessed day looking to the LORD!

Seek the LORDS vision

“I heard a human voice calling from between the banks of the Ulai, Gavri’el(Gabriel), make this man understand the vision!”

Daniel 8:16 CJB

The LORD gives us vision when we dig into His word and He wants us to understand what it means and how to use it! His vision always contains His good news of salvation!

“Without a prophetic vision, the people throw off restraint; but he who keeps Torah is happy.”

Proverbs 29:18 CJB

The LORD wants us to have vision, His vision, not ours, and He wants us to understand! We need to realize our LORD doesn’t want us to be in the dark, but in His marvelous light! So don’t panic or get frustrated, just keep digging in His word!

“Come to me, all of you who are struggling and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Matthew 11:28-30 CJB

Today, realize the LORD doesn’t want us to be in the dark, but in the light, His light! He wants us to have understanding and His peace! He also wants us to have vision, His vision! Have a blessed day seeking the LORD and His vision for our lives!

Don’t be troubled

“This is the end of the account. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts frightened me so much that I turned pale; but I kept the matter to myself.”

Daniel 7:28 CJB

When Daniel sees the coming of world events, it troubles him deeply, keeping it to himself! When we read through the word, we too can see the coming prophetic history and it can be troubling, as we see it happening in front of our eyes!

So what are we to do? Share the good news of salvation!

“His salvation is near for those who fear Him, so that glory will be in our land.”

Psalm 85:9 CJB

Just looking around us, whether it’s the news, work, school or just going out, we can see many disturbing things, but don’t worry the LORD is near!

“I have said these things to you so that, united with Me, you may have Shalom. In the world, you have tsuris(tribulation). But be brave! I have conquered the world!”

John 16:33 CJB

Today, let’s not allow the troubling world events frighten or distract us from sharing His glorious good news of salvation! May your day be richly blessed!

Do go back to sin!

“The servant replied, Suppose the woman isn’t willing to follow me to this land. Must I bring your son back to the land from which you came? Avraham said to him, See to it that you don’t bring my son back there.”

Genesis 24:5-6 CJB

Just as Abraham was brought out of the world by the LORD so were we and the LORD doesn’t want us to go back!

“Now Adonai said to Avram, Get yourself out of your country, away from your kinsmen and away from your father’s house, and go to the land that I will show you.”

Genesis 12:1 CJB

When the LORD gets us out of the world, He doesn’t want us to go back, He wants us to go forward, even if we can’t see what is next!

“For we live by trust, not by what we see.”

2 Corinthians 5:7 CJB

Even if our worldly past seems familiar, don’t go back to it! Go forward in faith, trusting the LORD has a plan, even if it’s not clear what’s next, just trust!

Have a blessed day trusting the LORD!

Shabbat Shalom.
