Blessings are in the LORD

“When Adonai your God brings you into the land you are entering in order to take possession of it, you are to put the blessing on Mount G’rizim (Gerizim) and the curse on Mount Eival (Ebal).
Deuteronomy 11:29 CJB

The LORD wants us to live uprightly in Him! He has given us a choice to live in blessings (happiness) or in worldliness (misery)!

“You are to follow Adonai your God, fear Him, obey His mitzvot (Law), listen to what He says, serve Him and cling to Him.”
Deuteronomy 13:5 CJB

In everything we do we need to cling to the LORD and do what He says! Understand when we cling to the LORD, He is never letting us go! Anytime we do anything else or cling to anything other than the LORD, it will end in misery or a curse!

“Serve Adonai with gladness. Enter His presence with joyful songs.”
Psalm 100:2 CJB

No matter what is going on in the world we will always be better off on the mountain of blessing with the LORD!
May your day be filled with joy!
Shabbat Shalom!

Make good habits

“For they were subject to the king’s orders; and there was a fixed schedule for singers, assigning them their daily duties.”
Nehemiah 11:23 CJB

We all have a duty to serve and share about the LORD! Also it isn’t a bad idea to have a daily schedule!

“Adonai, in the morning You will hear my voice; in the morning I lay my needs before You and wait expectantly.”
Psalm 5:3 CJB

Do we get up seek the LORD, lay our needs and concerns out before Him and wait expectantly for His answers?

“But in my mind I keep returning to something, something that gives me hope-that the grace of Adonai is not exhausted, that His compassion has not ended. [On the contrary,] they are new every morning! How great Your faithfulness.”
Lamentation 3:21-23 CJB

Today, let’s put the LORD on our schedule and do it daily! We need to be setting time apart with the LORD!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Give

“Every year we will bring the first fruits of our land and the first fruits of all fruit from every kind of tree to the house of Adonai.”
Nehemiah 10:36 CJB

Do we give God our best or do we give Him our second best?

“Give thanks to the LORD of lords, for His grace continues forever.”
Psalm 136:3 CJB

Our LORD has given us everything including Himself, so we should hold nothing back!

“I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God’s mercies, to offer yourselves as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please Him; it is the logical “Temple worship” for you.”
Romans 12:1 CJB

God has given us life everlasting, so we should give Him all we have, it’s a very reasonable thing to do! Understand the idea of “Temple worship” is the way you act at church is the way you should act in public!
Have a blessed day giving your best to the LORD, because He has given His best for you!

Forgiven

“Even so, in Your great compassion, You didn’t completely destroy them; nor did You abandon them, for you are a compassionate and merciful God.”
Nehemiah 9:31 CJB

No matter how bad we blow it, our LORD is compassionate and forgiving! All any of us have to do is look in the mirror and we know just how bad we are!

“But You, Adonai, are merciful, compassionate God, slow to anger and rich in grace.”
Psalm 103:8 CJB

Often times we all need to be reminded how good and how compassionate the LORD is!

“Give thanks to Adonai; for He is good, for His grace continues forever.”
1 Chronicles 16:34 CJB

Today, let’s be thankful and grateful to how good the LORD is to us! Also, realize because of His grace and mercy we don’t get what we deserve, a sinners Hell!
May your day be richly blessed by Him!

Joy in the LORD

“Then he said to them, Go, eat rich food, drink sweet drinks, and send portions to those who can’t provide for themselves; for today is consecrated to our LORD, Don’t be sad, because the joy of Adonai is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10 CJB

With all that is going on in the world today, remember, it’s is the LORD who is our strength! Let’s be filled with His joy!

“Adonai is my strength and shield; in Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. Therefore my heart is filled with joy, and I will sing praises to Him. Adonai is strength for [His people], a stronghold of salvation to His anointed.”
Psalm 28:7-8 CJB

The world around us is a mess, but the LORD isn’t! So don’t put your hope in the world, put it in the LORD!

“Put your hope in Adonai, be strong, and let your heart take courage! Yes, put your hope in Adonai!”
Psalm 31:24 CJB

Today, let’s be filled with the joy of the LORD, look for the good things that the LORD is doing and especially look for the day we will be with Him!
Have a blessed day in Him!
