Let the LORD deal with it!

“So don’t say, We found wise course-let God defeat him, not a human being.”
Job 32:13 CJB

Most times in life we really need to step back and let the LORD do the fighting! All we really should be doing is praying and letting the LORD guide!

“On the day of my trouble I am calling on You, for You will answer me.”
Psalm 86:7 CJB

We all have troubles from time to time and we all need direction. The best place to go is to the LORD! He knows, He answers and He will deal with the situation!

“Then He answered me, This is the word of Adonai to Z’rubavel: Not by force, and not by power, but by may Spirit, says Adonai-Tzvaot.”
Zechariah 4:6 CJB

Today, know that the LORD has got us covered. All we need to do is call on Him for everything!
Have a blessed day!

Focus on the LORD

“Finally, everyone remaining from nations that came to attack Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) will go up every year to worship the King, Adonai-Tzava’ot, and to keep the festival of Sukkot.”
Zechariah 14:16 CJB

No matter what we see going on in the world around us, one day soon we will be tabernacling with the LORD in His Tabernacle!

“Don’t let yourselves be disturbed. Trust in God and trust in Me. In My Father’s house are many places to live. If there weren’t, I would have told you; because I am going there to prepare a place for you.”
John 14:1-2 CJB

We can always count on the LORD to keep His promises to us! He says we will celebrate His feast every year and we will dwell with Him for all eternity! This should give us hope!

“I will give You thanks in the great assembly, I will give You praise among huge crowds of people.”
Psalm 35:18 CJB

Today, let’s not be focused on the world, but the LORD!
Shabbat Shalom!
Chag Sameach Sukkot!

Look to the LORD

“Didn’t He who made me in the womb make them too? Didn’t the same one shape us both before our birth?”
Job 31:15 CJB

God has created us all, the best thing we all can do is choose Him and walk in His ways!

“You are not to follow other gods, chosen from gods of the peoples around you.”
Deuteronomy 6:14 CJB

Life has many choices, way to many to list. What we need to do is use the word of God and look to His ways to make godly decisions!

“Only be strong and very bold in taking care to follow all the Torah (Instructions) which Moshe My servant ordered you to follow; do not turn from it either to the right or to the left; than you will succeed wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:7 CJB

What a great reminder for us. God created everyone and everything, so the Creator knows what is best for us! So let’s follow Him and His ways!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Trust in the LORD

“My insides are in turmoil; they can’t find rest; days of misery confront me.”
Job 30:27 CJB

In this day and age this can be exactly how we feel, in turmoil and misery! Everything around us seems completely out of control!

“In You our ancestors put their trust; they trusted, and You rescued them.”
Psalm 22:4 CJB

Today, if you are putting your trust in the next president, a pastor or a celebrity, you will surely be let down! Putting your hope in the LORD, you will never be let down!

“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we praise the name of Adonai our God.”
Psalm 20:7 CJB

We may look around us and get sick of politics, lockdowns and even some Bible teachers, but we can never get tired of trusting the LORD. He will get us through!
Have a blessed day in Him

God is in control

“I wish as in the old days, back in the times when God watched over me; when His lamp shone over my head, and I walked through the dark by its light; as I was when I was young, and God’s counsel graced my tent.”
Job 29:2-4 CJB

After listening to the leaders of this world ramble on about how good they are and how right and godly they ac, realize they’re nothing without the LORD. God’s hand is upon whom He choses and men and their knowledge and promises is nothing but hot air!

“Then you will become children of your Father in heaven. For He makes His sun shine on good and bad people alike, and He sends rain to the righteous and the unrighteous alike.”
Matthew 5:45 CJB

The word of God tells us no one is good but God, we need to be careful of believing our country, our political party or social status has any influence on what God thinks! Read the rest of this chapter and see Job become full of himself because God has given Him grace. Do we do the same?

“Adonai is good to all; His compassion rests on all His creatures.”
Psalm 145:9 CJB

Today, we all need to take a good look at ourselves and the world around us, seek the LORD and His will! Seek, pray, repent and forgive are all things we can and should be doing.
Have a blessed day looking to the LORD.
