God will get you through

“Look, any hope [of capturing him] is futile-one would fall prostrate at the very sight of him.”
Job 41:1 CJB 40:9 NKJB

What the LORD is saying here is I’ve made a beast that you can’t understand or overcome without My help!

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you; don’t be distressed, for I am your God. I give you strength, I give you help, I support you with my victorious right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10 CJB

Often times things in life seem to be way too big for us to handle or deal with, but remember, the LORD made all, so He can easily take care of all things!

“For I, Adonai, your God, say to you, as I hold your right hand, Have no fear; I will help you.”
Isaiah 41:13 CJB

Today, know that no matter how big things may seem, the LORD is right there to get you through! Remember, God may not remove the tumor, the financial difficulty or the disease, but He will get you through!
Have a blessed day with Him!

The LORD leads

“Stand up like a man, and brace yourself; I will ask questions; and you, give the answers!”
Job 40:7 CJB

The LORD is asking Job and us, too, if you can do better than God, then you give the answers!

“If you can do this, then I will confess to you that your own power can save you.”
Job 40:14 CJB

We know this is nonsense. Only Yeshua (Jesus) can save, it’s in His name and in His nature, and the reality is we can’t save ourselves! Honestly, there is an awful lot we can’t do for ourselves, we desperately need the LORD!

“Our God is a God who saves; from Adonai Adonai comes escape from death.”
Psalm 68:20 CJB

Today, we all can see the mess that is happening around us and the only way out is through the LORD!
Have a blessed day!

The LORD knows best

“Does the eagle fly up when you say so, to build its nest in the heights?”
Job 39:27 CJB

Here God continues to answer and question Job. We really need to pay attention to this as this is a good reminder for us!

“Our LORD is great, His power is vast, His wisdom beyond all telling.”
Psalm 147:5 CJB

Understand, we all need to be careful of how we question God! Many things happen and we may not understand why? Asking the LORD is good, but questioning Him, as we know better, isn’t!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways, says Adonai.”
Isaiah 55:8 CJB

In other words, the LORD’S ways and thoughts are always better than ours and we are always on His mind!

“As high as the sky is above the earth are My ways higher than Your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:9 CJB

Today, we may have questions for the LORD, which are good! What we need to be careful of is questioning the LORD!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Jesus is the answer

“Then Adonai answered Iyov (Job) out of the storm: Who is this, darkening My plans with his ignorant words?”
Job 38:1-2 CJB

The LORD is calling out Job here, saying: who do you think you are questioning me? If we are honest, we’d admit we do the same thing, question God!

“Stand up like a man, and brace yourself; I will ask questions; and you give answers!”
Job 38:3 CJB

God is saying: if you’re so smart then answer Me, how was everything made? Like Job, we are not as smart as God, unfortunately we still act like we are!

“Where were you when I founded the earth? Tell me, if you know so much.”
Job 38:4 CJB

Like Job, we can’t give God the answer! The good news is Yeshua (Jesus) is the answer for everything!
Have a blessed day seeking the LORD!

Rejoice in the LORD

“I will find my delight in Your regulations. I will not forget Your word.”
Psalm 119:16 CJB

What an amazing blessing we have to be able to search the word of God on a daily basis! His word encourages us that one day we will tabernacle (Sukkot) with Him for all eternity!

“Your words are a doorway that lets light, giving understanding to the thoughtless.”
Psalm 119:130 CJB

With all the insane, crazy things going on around us, we have the word of God that tells of His love, giving us hope in Him!

“Then I will be joyful in Adonai, I will rejoice in His salvation.”
Psalm 35:9 CJB

Today, don’t look at the world, but stop and look to the LORD instead! Let’s spend the day rejoicing in Him!
Shabbat Shalom
