The LORD has us covered

“In our hearts we felt we were under sentence of death. However, this was to get us to rely not on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead!”
2 Corinthians 1:9 CJB

We also can feel like the world around us has sentenced us to death, because we believe in the LORD! Realize, as the world attacks us, God uses it for us to rely upon Him, not ourselves!

“He rescued us from such deadly peril, and He will rescue us again! The one in whom we have placed our hope will indeed continue to rescue us.”
2 corinthians 1:10 CJB

Understand often times in life we are brought to the end of our own resources, whether emotional, financial or even physical! The LORD allows it all to happen so we can totally rely upon Him!

“The righteous person suffers many evils, but Adonai rescues him out of them all.”
Psalm34:19 CJB

Today, let’s be reminded that the world around us has no love for us, but the LORD allows and uses that hate to build us up and encourage us in Him! Remember God always has us covered!
Have a blessed day living in the LORD!

Focus on the LORD

“They assembled themselves against Moshe and Aharon and said to them, You take too much on yourselves! After all, the entire community is holy, every one of them, and Adonai is among them. So why do you lift yourselves up above Adonai’s assembly?”
Numbers 16:3 CJB

We see this in the body of believers today. We have many parts, but one body! Often times people get envious, jealous or even try to do a function they really aren’t called to do! It always ends in disaster when people think they are better than others!

“How happy are those who act justly, who always do what is right!”
Psalm 106:3 CJB

We will always be better off and happier when we just do what the LORD calls us to do, not what someone else is called to do!

“Human being, you have already been told what is good, what Adonai demands of you-no more than to act justly, love grace and walk in purity with your God.”
Micah 6:8 CJB

Today, let’s just do what the LORD calls us to do and not try to do someone else’s task!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be courageous (a mentsh)

“Stay alert, stand firm in the faith, behave like a mentsh (like a man standing firm, courages), grow strong. Let everything you do be done in love.”
1 Corinthians 16:13-14 CJB

The LORD wants us to stand up and be courageous in this dark world (be a mentsh)!

“Haven’t I ordered you, Be strong, be bold? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

We really have nothing to be afraid! Why? Because we are blood bought and bullet proof! Yeshua paid the ultimate price for us and He has us covered wherever we go!

“Be strong, and fill your hearts with courage, all of you who hope in Adonai.”
Psalm 31:24 CJB

Today, with all the crazy stuff going on in the world, we all need to take a breath and realize the LORD is in control!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be careful where you go!

“Don’t be fooled. Bad company ruins good character.”
1 Corinthians 15:33 CJB

The LORD really doesn’t want us hanging out with sinners! Why? Because they will always lead us astray!

“Come to your senses! Live righteously and stop sinning! There are some people who lack knowledge of God-I say this to shame you.”
1 Corinthians 15:34 CJB

Some people just will not accept the knowledge of God and His free gift of salvation! In fact they will just continually keep rejecting Him! For us, we need to keep sharing, but we don’t need to keep company with them!

“How blessed are those who reject the advice of the wicked, don’t stand on the way of sinners or sit where scoffers sit!”
Psalm 1:1 CJB

Today, we will always be better off if we just stay away from those who hate God!
Have a blessed day!

Talk about the LORD

“Pursue love! However, keep on eagerly seeking the things of the Spirit; and especially seek to be able to prophecy.”
1 Corinthians 14:1 CJB

The LORD really wants us to be seeking Him and His ways and then sharing Yeshua with others!

“All day long my tongue will speak of Your righteousness. For those who are seeking to harm me will be put to shame and disgraced.”
Psalm 71:24 CJB

We all should all be seeking the LORD and looking for opportunities to share the truth of the LORD!

“People will speak of Your awesome power, and I will tell of Your great deeds.”
Psalm 145:6 CJB

The best thing we can do is to seek and talk about the LORD! No matter what problems we may be having, it all seems to go away when we talk about the LORD!
Have a blessed day in Him!
