More than ever, as believers, we need to be walking in the LOVE and light of the LORD!

“Adonai is my light and salvation; whom do I need to fear? Adonai is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
Psalm 27:1 CJB

The answer is: we don’t need to fear or be afraid of anything because we belong to the LORD, so let’s walk in His light!

“But if we are walking in the light, as He is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7 CJB

Today, the world around us is pretty nasty, filled with all kinds of vile people! The best and only way to be preserved and protected is to walk in His light!

Misinformation is a big deal today, but even during the first century, believers in Yeshua had the same problem of misinformation! Many people shared and spoke half truths to misinform or mislead people. The same is happening today!

“But be careful not to let yourselves be seduced, so that you turn aside, serving other gods and worship them.”
Deuteronomy 11:16 CJB

God is always warning us about deception, being seduced by the world and misinformed even by other so – called believers! Understand the Day of the LORD hasn’t come yet, but I believe it could happen soon, so we need to be warning people and fortifying our hearts against the enemy!

“Protect me like the pupil of Your eye, hide me in the shadow of Your wings.”
Psalm 36:7 CJB

Today, be careful of misinformation by using the filter of Scripture, don’t fall into the trap of seducing spirits of the world! Have a blessed day taking refuge in the shadow of God’s wings!

“This is clear evidence that God’s judgment is just; and as a result, you will be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God for which you are suffering.”

As we have confessed we are sinners in need of a savior (Yeshua), that act alone counts us as worthy! What we need to do as an act of love is lovingly warning people of the coming Day of the LORD and their need of salvation!

“For it is justice for God to pay back trouble to those who are troubling you, and give rest along with us to you who are being troubled, when the Lord Yeshua is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in a fiery flame. Then He will punish those who don’t know God, that is, those who don’t listen to the Good News of our LORD Yeshua and obey it.”
2 Thessalonians 1:6-8 CJB

The LORD is gonna deal with the unbelievers in due time, but in the meantime, we need to be a witness, warning people of that soon-coming terrible Day of the LORD!

“On that Day, when He comes to be glorified by His holy people and admired by all who have trusted, you will be among them, because you trusted our witness to you.”
2 Thessalonians 1:10 CJB

What a glorious thing it is to know that we are saved and will not have to endure that terrible soon-coming Day of the LORD! Today, let’s really spend time seeking Him and warning the lost!

If we are in the word of God and are watching the world around us, then we should realize that the Day of the LORD is fast approaching! Don’t be distracted by people who are saying there will be peace or things are getting better, our only hope is in the LORD! Also be careful of preachers and teachers who don’t warn, say everyone is ok or just accept and love everyone! Again be careful!

“When people are saying, Everything is so peaceful and secure, then destruction will suddenly come upon them, the way labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and there is no way they will escape.”
1 Thessalonians 5:3 CJB

We live in a time where even preachers have stopped warning people and are more concerned with feelings and being popular and liked instead of warning people of sin which leads to death!

“Likewise you, human being – I have appointed you as watchman for the house of Israel. Therefore, when you hear My mouth, warn them for Me.”
Ezekiel 33:7 CJB

Today, lets be people who are like the prophets of old, warning people about the Day of the LORD, then inviting them to receive the good news of His salvation!

With the advent of social media, we have increasingly become a people who mind everything but our own business! We have become more concerned with what others are doing, instead of just making our business about the LORD!

“Then your daily life will gain the respect of outsiders, and you will not be dependent on anyone.”
1 Thessalonians 4:12 CJB

We will find our lives with the LORD are much richer when our focus is on the LORD and what we are doing with Him!

“Serve Adonai with gladness. Enter His presence with joyful songs.”
Psalm 100:2 CJB

Today, let’s focus on the LORD and our walk with Him and not other peoples’ business!
