“So that because of the cloud, the cohanim could not stand up to perform their services; for the glory of Adonai filled the house of God.”
2 Chronicles 5:14 CJB

Do we worship God in a way that we become overwhelmed by His presence?

“Tremble, earth, at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of God of Ya`akov (Jacob).”
Psalm 114:7 CJB

When we are worshipping and serving Adonai, His presence will and can overwhelm us! Also while we are in His presence the world around us will take notice!

“God is spirit; and worshippers must worship Him spiritually and truly.”
John 4:24 CJB

Today, let’s bring the presence of Adonai everywhere we go!
Have a blessed day in Him!

“He made ten menorahs of gold in accordance with their specifications and set them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left.”
2 Chronicles 4:7 CJB

Here we see the temple filled with menorahs, to illuminate the light of Adonai! We should do the same thing wherever we go let our lights shine!

“You are light for the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Matthew 5:14 CJB

The world is so filled with darkness and the only light that can be seen is we, as believers, reflecting the light of Adonai!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, let’s be really bright reflections of Yeshua in this crazy dark world! Remember, we may be the only reflection of Yeshua unbelievers may see!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!

“Inside the Especially Holy Place he made two k’ruvim of cast metal, and they overlaid them with gold.”
2 Chronicles 3:10 CJB

Here we see in this Especially Holy Place that the two k’ruvim (Cherubim) here like in the future temple are pointing to the throne of God!

“God rules the nations; God sits on His holy throne.”
Psalm 47:8 CJB

God is and always will be on His throne being worshipped now and forever! So we should be worshipping everyday, no matter where we are!

“Praise Adonai, all you nations! Worship Him, all you peoples!”
Psalm 117:1 CJB

Today, realize we are going to be worshipping God for all eternity! So let’s be worshipping Him here and now!
Have a blessed day in Him!

“They said to each other, Look, this dreamer is coming!”
Genesis 37:19 CJB

This is often how the world looks at us! Look here comes that believer who thinks Adonai is going to call them home soon! What we need to do is not falter, but instead keep being that dreamer, knowing that the dream of Adonai soon return is going to happen!

“Stupid people can’t know, fools don’t understand, that when the wicked sprout like grass, and all who do evil prosper, it is so that they can be eternally destroyed.”
Psalm 92:6-7 CJB

We see this today, foolish and stupid people doing evil things! What we need to do is not settle for things of the world, but looking for things of Adonai instead!

“In My Father’s house are many places to live. If there weren’t, I would have told you; because I am going there to prepare a place for you.”
John 14:2 CJB

Today, don’t let the world get you down, but instead know Yeshua has gone ahead of us to prepare a place just for you and me! So be encouraged and know He is going to call us home where we can settle down with Him!
Have a blessed day knowing our day is coming soon to be with Adonai forever!
Shabbat Shalom!

“But who is equal to building Him a house? Why, heaven itself, even the heaven of heavens, cannot contain Him; so who am I to build Him a house, except to offer sacrifices before Him?”
2 Chronicles 2:5 CJB verse 6 in other translations.

The answer to this question is no one is able to build anything that can house or contain God! Even though many churches, people and religious organizations try. Churches and Synagogues are places to worship and learn of God, not places to try and contain God!

“Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!”
Psalm 47:6 CJB

We all need to be careful of trying to put God in a box, because He will never fit in any box, building or any other structure we can come up with! What we need to do is praise Him and constantly be in awe of how great He is!

“But Adonai-Tzva’ot (LORD of hosts)-consecrate Him! Let Him be the object of your fear and awe!”
Isaiah 8:13 CJB

Today, don’t try to box Adonai in, but instead openly and freely worship Him wherever you are and wherever you go!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom
