Trust God!

“Naomi said, My daughter, just stay where you are, until you learn how the matter comes out; for the man won’t rest unless he resolves the matter today.”
Ruth 3:18 CJB

Often times this is the answer, stay put and wait, knowing Adonai is working all things out! Understand, God will use people, situations and events to work things out! We just need to be patient!

“Furthermore, we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called in accordance with His purpose.”
Romans 8:28 CJB

No matter what may be happening, know that God is working all things out! We just need to trust!

“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we praise the name of Adonai our God.”
Psalm 20:7 CJB

What do we trust in? Is it the world’s resources or is it God?
Today, let’s trust in Adonai!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

God is our refuge

“She fell on her face, prostrating herself, and said to him, Why are you showing me such favor? Why are you paying attention to me? After all, I’m only a foreigner.”
Ruth 2:10 CJB

Like Ruth, we need to be grateful and prostrating ourselves before Adonai in thankfulness for Him!

“For Adonai is good, His grace continues forever, and His faithfulness lasts through all generations.”
Psalm 100:5 CJB

God is really good and we need to thank Him in everything, no matter what is going on!

“Adonai is good, a stronghold in time of trouble; He takes care of those who take refuge in Him.”
Nahum 1:7 CJB

Yes God is good, He’s our stronghold and He takes care of those who take refuge in Him! Who do you put your hope in?
Today, let’s put our hope in Adonai, in Him, and be thankful for all He is doing!

Follow God

“But Ruth said, Don’t press me to leave you and stop following you; for wherever you go, I will go; and where ever you stay, I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God will be my God.”
Ruth 1:16 CJB

Understand this is what conversion to God should look like, you give up everything to live for Him! This is what Ruth did. She gave up the pagan god Chemosh to follow Adonai, she left everything!

“Therefore, repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be erased.”
Acts 3:19 CJB

When we, as believers, walk uprightly people will want what we have! As hard as it may be sometimes, we must do all we can to follow God! How?

“I treasure Your Word in my heart, so that I won’t sin against you.”
Psalm 119:11 CJB

Digging into the Word of God every day and doing life His way is always going to be attractive to those around us!
Have a blessed day following Adonai!

Be kind

“The people of Israel became sorry for Binyamin their brother said, Today one tribe has been cut off from Israel.”
Judges 21:6 CJB

Do we feel sorry for people or do we condemn them? Do we have compassion or do we have a hard heart towards them?

“Adonai is good to all; His compassion rests on all His creatures.”
Psalm 145:9 CJB

Since Adonai is good to all, we should do the same: be good to all, taking refuge in Him and sharing that refuge with the poor around us!

“Adonai is good, a stronghold in time of trouble; He takes care of those who take refuge in Him.”
Nahum 1:7 CJB

Yes, God is good to us, so we should be good to those around, having compassion and being kind!
Have a blessed day being kind to someone today!
