“Don’t cover their guilt, don’t let their sin be wiped out from before You; because they have insulted the builders to their face.”
Nehemiah 3:37 CJB chapter 4:5 in other translations.

We believers can and do get upset with sinners and want Adonai to deal with them immediately! But I believe God allows it to go on so we have opportunity to pray and share about God’s amazing grace! Also don’t worry no one will get away with sin, God will deal with it in His perfect timing!

“All day long my mouth will tell of your righteous deeds and acts of salvation, through their number is past my knowing.”
Psalm 71:15 CJB

Instead of looking for God to judge sinners, let’s be praying for them to repent and be saved!

“But I tell you, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”
Matthew 5:44 CJB

Today, let’s be a people who are praying for the lost, even the ones that hate and insult you!
Have a blessed day praying and sharing!

“Yitro said, Blessed be Adonai, who has rescued you from the Egyptians and from Pharaoh, who has rescued the people from the harsh hand of the Egyptians.”
Exodus 18:10 CJB

Yitro (Jethro), who was an unbeliever at the time, couldn’t deny how great Adonai is! He more than likely thought he would never see Moses again and now here he is with all the children of Israel!
In other words, Jethro is blown away by the amazing power of God!

“Now I know that Adonai is greater than all other gods, because He rescued those who were treated so arrogantly.”
Exodus 18:11 CJB

As believers we should be looking for opportunities to glorify Adonai, so unbelievers can see the great things that He does! God is always performing miracles. We just need to proclaim them!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

Today, let’s glorify Adonai and proclaim all the great things He does!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

“All of them together plotted to come and fight against Yerushalayim and throw us into confusion.”
Nehemiah 4:2 CJB Verse 8 in other translations

This is always the plan of the enemy to cause confusion in our lives! Just look at the world today. We have people confused about their sex, confused about when life begins and just simply confused about right and wrong!

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who change darkness into light and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet and sweet into bitter!”
Isaiah 5:20 CJB

The world we are living is definitely confused and out of order! Don’t get caught up in it, but instead be caught up in Adonai!

“For God is not a God of unruliness but of shalom (peace). As in all the congregations of God’s people.”
1 Corinthians 14:33 CJB

Today, realize God is not confused nor are the people who follow Him! What is confused is the world that is led by the great deceiver satan who instills confusion!
Have a blessed day knowing God gives us order and shalom!
Shabbat Shalom!

“And between the upper room at the corner, as far as the Sheep Gate, the goldsmiths and the merchants made repairs.”
Nehemiah 3:32 CJB

We need to use our God given talents to repair and build the kingdom! God designed us all specifically to do His will!

‘LORD, You will establish peace for us, For You have done all our works in us.”
Isaiah 26:12 CJB

Adonai does great things in us, He builds us up and and does great work in us! He also has repaired our broken lives, so we should do everything we can to help repair and build up His people!

“I shall not die, but live, And declare the world of the LORD.”
Psalm 118:17 CJB

Today, as Adonai has done a great work in us, we should look for opportunities to do works for Him!
So let’s have a blessed day looking for opportunities to use the skills God has given us!

“I also told them of the gracious hand of my God that had been on me, also what the king had said to me. They said, Let’s start building at once, and energetically set out to do this good work.”
Nehemiah 2:18 CJB

Two things here. First: we should always be telling people of God’s graciousness! Second: we also need to just step out and just start doing the work of God!

“Come and listen, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for me.”
Psalm 66:16 CJB

As we go through our day we need to be telling anyone who will listen about our God and His salvation for the world!

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”
James 1:22 CJB

Today we need to hear from God, tell about God and do what God shows us to do!
Have a blessed day in Him!
