He appears

“I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Avraham, Yitz’chak and Ya’akov-I will give it to you as an inheritance. I am Adonai.”
Exodus 6:8 CJB

We see here in this verse that God keeps His promises! How do we know that? The Jewish people are living in this same land today, thousands of years later!

“For I say that Messiah became a servant of the Jewish people in order to show God’s truthfulness by making good His promises to the Patriarchs.”
Romans 15:8 CJB

As God does in every situation, He keeps His promises and He appears right on time in every situation! He doesn’t serve to deliver all our pleasures, but He became a servant to save our souls!

“Avraham called the place Adonai Yir’eh [Adonai will see (to it), Adonai provides]- as it is said to this day, On the mountain Adonai is seen.”
Genesis 22:14 CJB

We should know this story. Abraham prepares to sacrifice Isaac, but at the last minute God provides a ram, just like He provided Himself for all man-kind!
Today, realize God will always appear and provide right on time! Why? Because He always keeps His promises!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be humble

“”But Hizkiyahu then humbled himself for his pride, both he and the people living in Yerushalayim, so that Adonai’s anger did not strike them during Hizkiyahu’s lifetime.”
2 Chronicles 32:26

We all need to be humble before Adonai! Often times it’s our pride and stubbornness that gets us into trouble.

“Humble yourselves before the LORD, and He will lift you up.”
James 4:10 CJB

When we are honestly humble and repentant before Adonai, He will always lift us up!

“He raises the lowly on high and lifts mourners to safety.”
Job 5:11 CJB

Today, don’t let pride and stubbornness get in the way! Instead be humble and just not get bound up in the distractions of the world.
Have a amazingly blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Trust

“This is what Hizkiyahu did throughout all Y’hudah. He accomplished things that were good, right and faithful before Adonai his God.”
2 Chronicles 31:20 CJB

When we are faithful and trusting Adonai, we can accomplish great things!

“Trust in Adonai with all your heart; do not rely on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5 CJB

No matter how things look or how hard they can be, when we put all our trust in Adonai, life is always going to go better! Take the time to pray over things before you do or act.

“For we live by trust, not what we see.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 CJB

Today, let’s just trust that all things will work out when we just put all our hope and trust in Yeshua!
Have blessed day!

Be set apart

“Don’t be stiff-necked now, as your ancestors were. Instead, yield yourselves to Adonai; enter His sanctuary, which He has made holy forever; and serve Adonai your God; so that His fierce anger will turn away from you.”
2 Chronicles 30:8 CJB

This is some direct language here. In other words, don’t be stubborn or hard—headed toward the things of God! Instead give into the glory of God and don’t be ordinary like the world, but instead be holy (set apart and special) like Adonai intends us to be!

“Therefore, circumcise the foreskin of your heart; and don’t be stiff-necked any longer!”
Deuteronomy 10:16 CJB

We need to see that most things in life turn out to be a heart issue! We hold grudges, we have unchangeable opinions or just have a hard heart! We really need to just drop things that drag us down and seek God and His will in every situation!

“Desist, and learn that I am God, supreme over the nations, supreme over the earth.”
Psalm 46:10 CJB

The Hebrew word here for be still or desist is Rafah, which simply means DROP IT, let it go and don’t try to pick it back up! In other words, drop it and let God take over!
Today, instead of being hard hearted or stiff-necked, be holy and yield yourself over to Adonai!
Have a blessed day being special for God!

God can repair you!

“In the first month of the first year of his reign, he reopened the doors of the house of Adonai and repaired them.”
2 Chronicles 29:3 CJB

How are the doors to our heart doing? Do they need repair? We all can get so caught up in the things happening in the world we lose track of God!

“Open my eyes, so that I will see wonders from Your Torah.”
Psalm 119:18 CJB

We need to be praying that God will open our eyes to His great things! We also need to allow God to repair the damage that the world has done to our hearts!

“Protect me, God, for you are my refuge.”
Psalm 16:1 CJB

Today, take a good look at yourself and pray if there is anything that might need repairing by Adonai!
Have a blessed day in Him!
