Be a watchmen

“Human being, I have appointed you to be a watchman for the house of Israel. When you hear a word from My mouth, you are to warn them for Me.”
Ezekiel 3:17 CJB

We also are called to be watchmen for Adonai and warning the people around us about His soon coming! People need to hear about God so they can repent and be saved!

“I have posted watchmen on your walls, Yerushalayim; they will never fall silent, neither by day nor by night. You who call on Adonai, give yourself no rest.”
Isaiah 62:6 CJB

It is so important for us to be watching for Adonai, not looking to things of the world, but for Yeshua! The times we are living in are so volatile, so our focus needs to be on Adonai!

“Stay alert! Be on guard! For you do not know when the time will come.”
Mark 13:33 CJB

Realize, only God knows the day and the hour, but we need to be alert, because we should know the times and the seasons! Not watching the world, but be watching for Adonai, while warning people to repent!

Be light

“He said, Human being! I am sending you to the people of Israel, that nation of rebels who have rebelled against Me-they and their ancestors have been transgressing against Me to this very day.”
Ezekiel 2:3 CJB

The same goes for us today. We are sent by God to share the Good News of Salvation with a rebellious world!

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who change darkness into light and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet and sweet into bitter!”
Isaiah 5:20 CJB

This is where the world is at! Evil is considered good and acceptable, darkness is considered glorious light. How sad is that? We need to reflect the true and living light of God and share His Good News of Salvation!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

We, as believers in Yeshua, don’t need to be warned about the darkness we are living in, we, as believers, simply need to share the light of our glorious LORD!

Look for the greatness of God!

“This brilliance around Him looked like a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day. This was how the appearance of the glory of Adonai looked. When I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard the voice of someone speaking.”
Ezekiel 1:28 CJB

Ezekiel here sees the greatness of God and he does what is so natural, he falls on his face! When you actually see the greatness of God, you can’t help but to fall on your face and worship Him!

“Fire came forth from the presence of Adonai, consuming the burnt offering and the fat on the altar. when all the people saw it, they shouted and fell on their faces.”
Leviticus 9:24 CJB

We need to give all our fears and failures over to Adonai, knowing He will consume them! This should always lead us to worship His awesomeness and be consumed by His glory!

“He forgives all your offenses, He heals all your disease.”
Psalm 103:3 CJB

We need to start each and every day on our faces before Adonai! Why? Because He is awesome and takes care of all our needs!
