Walk in God’s strength!

“You have brought it all on yourself with your depravities and disgusting practices,’ says Adonai.”
Ezekiel 16:58 CJB

What Israel brought upon themselves was judgment, because of their prideful ways, thinking they can live without God!

“First comes pride, then disgrace; but with the humble is wisdom.”
Proverbs 11:2 CJB

Anytime we think we are doing things because of our knowledge, intellect or talent without God is pride! It is God who protects, provides and guides! When we do any of these things on our own is when we bring judgment upon ourselves!

“Adonai is my Rock, my fortress and deliverer, my God, my Rock, in whom I find shelter, my shield, the power that saves me, my stronghold.”
Psalm 18:3 CJB verse 2 in other translations!

Is God your everything? Is He all you need? The reality is God should be everything to us, because He really is all we need! So don’t get caught up in sin, doing things in your own strength, but walk in the strength of Adonai instead!
Have a blessed day!

Shine

‘Human being, why should wood from a grapevine be better than some other kind of wood, than some branch that one might find among the trees of the forest?”
Ezekiel 15:2 CJB

What God is saying is that you were supposed to be fruitful and a light, but then decided to be rebellious and worship false gods!

“He has said, It is not enough that you are merely My servant to raise up the tribes of Ya`akov and restore the offspring of Israel. I will also make you a light to the nations, so My salvation can spread to the ends of the earth.”
Isaiah 49:6 CJB

God has always intended that Israel would be a light to the world! Israel has given us all kinds of great technology, arts and medicine, but the biggest and best thing that we got is Yeshua (Jesus) our Salvation, the Light of the World!

“While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
John 9:5 CJB

Even as the world is getting darker, we need to reflect the light of Yeshua and shine bright for Him!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, embrace the task of shining the Light of Adonai in this dark world! Because more than ever the world needs Salvation!

Repent

“Therefore say to the house of Israel that Adonai Elohim says, Repent! Turn yourselves away from your idols, turn your faces away from all your disgusting practices!”
Ezekiel 14:6 CJB

God tells us over and over through His word that we are to repent and turn from our sinful ways (disgusting practices)! What the world needs is Salvation through Yeshua (Jesus), but that won’t happen until people repent!

“He sounds a warning in their ears and orders them to repent of their evil.”
Job 36:10 CJB

God, knows what happens to us when we continue in disgusting practices, it will eventually completely consume us! God wants us to be free and living a joyful life in Him! The key is to repent and turn away from wickedness! When we repent, He forgives and forgets and honestly everyone knows when they are doing something wrong!!

“He removes our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”
Psalm 103:12 CJB

Today, know when we repent He forgives and forgets, so don’t get re-entangled in sin! Instead be set free and walk in the freedom of Yeshua!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Walk in God’s truth

“Their visions are futile and their divination is false; they say, ‘Adonai says,’ when Adonai has not sent them; yet they hope that the word will be confirmed.”
Ezekiel 13:6 CJB

The same is happening around us today! Their are so many false teachers, whether they are talk show hosts, politicians or church leaders, pretending what they say is true, leading people astray with their fake authority and false words! The world is full of liars and deceivers! We need to be following hard after God!

“You are close by, Adonai; and all Your mitzvot (commands) are truth.”
Psalm 119:151 CJB

Adonai is always near to us and His Word is total and complete truth! So don’t fall into the traps of the ungodly. Walk in the truth of God, no matter the costs!

“They hate anyone promoting justice at the city gate, they detest anyone who speaks the truth.”
Amos 5:10 CJB

Today, do your best to follow God and His truths found in His word, no matter how much you may be hated for it!
Have a blessed day, knowing you are in the hands of God!
Shabbat Shalom!
