“He looks straight at all high things. He is king over all proud beasts.”
Job 41:26 CJB 34 in other translations.

Here we see Job coming to the realization that no matter what or who you think you are, that God has the ultimate say so!

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Genesis 1:1 CJB

God was here from the beginning and He will be here to the end and beyond! So it’s crazy when we see rulers to regular people think they are in charge and in control when they have no charge or control of anything!

“Taste, and see that Adonai is good. How blessed are those who take refuge in Him!”
Psalm 34:8 CJB

So no matter what crazy things we see and hear today, know that God is in complete control!
May your day be richly blessed!

“Does the critic still want to dispute Shaddai? Let him who wants to correct God give an answer!”
Job 40:2 CJB

This is what and how the God–hating world acts, always questioning and criticizing God! They all think they know it all and have all the answers!

“The pride of man will be bowed down, the arrogance of men will be humiliated, and when that day comes, Adonai alone will be exalted.”
Isaiah 2:17 CJB

As time goes on man becomes increasingly more prideful, arrogant and God–hating! But understand God won’t be mocked!

“Don’t delude yourselves: no one makes a fool of God! A person reaps what he sows.”
Galatians 6:7 CJB

So even as we see the world increasingly mocking and hating God, realize they won’t get away with it! God will prevail!
Have a blessed day knowing God has it all covered!
Shabbat Shalom!

“Is it your wisdom that sets the hawk soaring, spreading its wings toward the south?”
Job 39:26 CJB

What God is asking is do you make the hawk soar, the rivers flow and the sun rise? The answer is no, we don’t! So why do we think that we are more than we are?

“For Adonai is a great God, a great king greater than all gods.”
Psalm 95:3 CJB

In other words, there is nothing greater than the creator of the universe, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob!

“For Adonai is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared more than all gods.”
Psalm 95:4 CJB

What we should fear is living life without God! What is sad is people feel they can’t live without the man–made false gods! Remember all we really need is the Creator of the Universe!
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!

“Can you tie up the cords of Pleiades or loosen the belt of Orion?”
Job 38:31 CJB

What God is saying here, is I made it all and you weren’t there! So why do you act like you know something?

“Your eyes could see me as an embryo, but in Your book all my days were already written; my days had been shaped before any of them existed.”
Psalm 139:16 CJB

Again, God knew us before we were even an embryo in our mother’s womb! He created us and had our lives perfectly laid out before we even existed! So why do we challenge Him?

“Woe to anyone who argues with His maker, like potsherds lying on the ground! Does the clay ask the potter, What are you doing? or, What’s this you’re making, that has no hands.”
Isaiah 45:9 CJB

So sad people argue with God then try to make gods to challenge Him! So we who believe simply just trust God and know He has it all covered!

“This is why people fear Him; He does not consider those who think of themselves as wise.”
Job 37:24 CJB

The sad thing is most people don’t fear God or respect Him! Most people believe that they are wise and know everything!

“Woe to those seeing themselves as wise, esteeming themselves as clever.”
Isaiah 5:21 CJB

God really does hate pride and prideful people! Yes, God does hate sinful things and people!

“There are six things Adonai hates, seven which He detests: a haughty look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that plots wicked schemes, feet swift in running to do evil, a false witness who lies with every breath, and him who sows strife among brothers.”
Proverbes 6:16-19 CJB

Understand there are things God hates and detests like pride, haughtiness and lying!

“Adonai detests all those with proud hearts; be assured that they will not go unpunished.”
Proverbs 16:5 CJB

So be assured that God will deal with evil and those who perform it, so we don’t have to!
Have a blessed day knowing God is going to take care of all wrong doing!
