Only God can save!

“There is salvation in no one else! For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by whom we must be saved!”
Acts 4:12 CJB

We can’t find salvation, peace or even real hope in anything but God! He alone can and does save mankind, we just need to repent and believe!

“Don’t put your trust in princes or in mortals, who cannot help.”
Psalm 146:3 CJB

Understand all the help you can get from man will never last! You will always get into trouble when you put your trust in men who really are powerless!

“When they breathe their last, they return to dust; on that very day all their plans are gone.”
Psalm 146:4 CJB

All men will one day breathe their last breath on earth and when they do, so will all their plans, ambitions and agendas! They all will come to and end, but in Adonai we have hope, Salvation and life eternal!
Have a blessed day trusting in Adonai!

Trust Adonai

“Therefore, repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be erased; so that times of refreshing may come from the LORD’S presence; and He may send the Messiah appointed in advance for you, that is, Yeshua.”
Acts 3:19-20 CJB

What a good verse for today, with all that is going on in the world, elections, social unrest and literally a divided nation! No one seems to agree on anything! We need to understand that the only way the world will be refreshed is through Messiah, no President, King or Politician can do that!

“God, restore us! Make Your face shine, and we will be saved.”
Psalm 80:3 CJB

The best way for us to be restored and refreshed is to spend time in the Word of God, placing all our trust and hope in Him!

“I am melting away from anxiety and grief; renew my strength, in keeping with Your Word.”
Psalm 119:28 CJB

Yes, we can feel like the World is falling apart, stress and anxiety can overwhelm us! That is why we need to spend time in the Word of God placing all our hope and trust in Him!
Have a blessed day knowing God is in control, no matter what is going on!

Be simple

“Jews by birth and proselytes; Jews from Crete and from Arabia…! How is it that we hear them speaking in our own languages about the great things God has done?”
Acts 2:11 CJB

A good question for us to ask is are we speaking to people about God, in a way that people can understand? When we proclaim the Word of God, those around must understand!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

When we are out sharing about Adonai, let’s do it in simplicity, being gracious as we share the truth!

“Let everything that has breath praise Adonai! Hallelujah!”
Psalm 150:6 CJB

Today, what our neighborhoods, nation and the World need is to hear about Adonai and repent!
So have a blessed day simply sharing about Him!

Unity in Yeshua

“These all devoted themselves single-mindedly to prayer, along with some women, including Miryam (Yeshua’s mother), and his brothers.”
Acts 1:14 CJB

This is what we all need, to have unity and be single minded in Yeshua! Sadly many believers are divided, much like the world around us!

“Oh, how good, how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in harmony.”
Psalm 133:1 CJB

The key to unity is to simply just walk in the ways of Adonai!

“How I wish my people would listen to Me, that Israel would live by My ways!”
Psalm 81:13 CJB

Realize we are His people, who He desires to walk in unity in His ways! How? By being in His Word, pray and then do what it says!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Cultivate your walk

Therefore the word spread among the brothers that the Talmid would not die. However, Yeshua didn’t say he wouldn’t die but simply, If I want him to stay on until I come, what is it to you?”
John 21:23 CJB

We all can get caught up in the what about him or her situations! The point Yeshua is making here is don’t be so concerned about what He is doing in other people’s lives, but focus on what He is doing in you and through you!

“So, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed when I was with you, it is even more important that you obey when I am away from you: keep working out your deliverance with fear and trembling, for God is the one working among you both the willing and the working for what pleases Him.”
Philippians 2:12-13 CJB

Think of it this way, if you want bigger muscles or to lose weight you have to exercise! If you want a fruitful harvest from your garden you have to cultivate (pull out the weeds)! The same goes for our walks with Yeshua. We have to work at it we have to cultivate our walks with Him!

“Your word is a lamp for my foot and light on my path.”
Psalm 119:105 CJB

Realize as believers we have a responsibility to study His Word and do what it says, that’s how we can cultivate our hearts into doing the right things for Adonai!
Have a blessed day pouring in the Word of God into our hearts!
