Just like God who raised up Yeshua to be our redeemer, He will also raise us up to serve Him and more!

“He will change the bodies we have in this humble state and make them like His glorious body, using the power which enables Him to bring everything under His control.”
Philippians 3:21 CJB

How amazing it is that God changes us from our nasty carnal bodies to be like His glorious body! One day we will be like Him and we will be with Him!

“Dear friends, we are God’s children now; and it has not yet been made clear what we will become. We do know that when He appears, we will be like Him; because we will see Him as He really is.”
1 John 3:2 CJB

One day we will be like Him, because we will be with Him, so let’s try to live like Him now!

“No, what I wrote you was not to associate with anyone who is supposedly a brother but who also engages in sexual immorality, is greedy, worships idols, is abusive, gets drunk or steals. With such a person you shouldn’t even eat!”

The warning here is to stay away from carnal people, especially those who claim to be believers! Why? Because their lives lead to a carnal and vile life style, in other words a carnival!

“For the wicked boasts about his lusts; he blesses greed and despises Adonai.”
Psalm 10:3 CJB

It’s easy to identify carnal and wicked people! How? They do the opposite of what God desires!

“For what I desire is mercy, not sacrifices, knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.”
Hosea 6:6 CJB

No matter how many times we go to Church or Synagogue or how many times we give, Adonai desires us to simply be merciful, not giving to get things or positions and having a knowledge of what God desires of us! To love Him with all our hearts, minds, body and soul!

“For the Messiah’s sake we are fools, but united with Messiah you are wise! We are weak, but you are strong; you are honored, but we are dishonored.”

Again this is what the world thinks of us who believe in Messiah, that we are nothing but unhonorable fools! So what are we to do?

“Be strong, be bold, don’t be afraid or frightened of them, for Adonai your God is going with you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 CJB

We should be encouraged when the world comes against us! Why? Because when they laugh at us and call us foolish, what that means is they see Messiah in us! So be bold, don’t be afraid and be strong in Adonai!

“But Adonai-it is He who will go ahead of you. He will be with you. He will neither fail you nor Abandon you, so don’t be afraid or downhearted.”
Deuteronomy 31:8 CJB

No matter what our situation is, God is on the throne. We can be called foolish and silly, but in Yeshua we can be bold and strong!

One of the things being said here is that no matter how wise the world thinks it is, in God’s economy it is worthless and foolish! True wisdom only comes from God!

“Adonai understands that people’s thoughts are merely a puff of wind.”
Psalm 94:11 CJB

God understands that people have thoughts, but most of our thoughts are really just hot air worth nothing! What we need is the thoughts and heart of God! How do we get it? By being committed to Him, following His Word!

“Commit your way to Adonai; trust in Him, and He will act.”
Psalm 37:5 CJB

Today, with all the hot air being blown around by preachers, politicians and on social media! The best thing we can do is block it out and listen for the voice of Adonai!
