God loves you

“From a distance Adonai appeared to me, [saying,] I love you with an everlasting love; this is why in My grace I draw you to Me.”
Jeremiah 31:2 CJB

It really is the grace and kindness of Adonai that draws us to Him! We all know how rotten we can be, think about the evil thoughts we have in one day is enough! Yet God still loves us and is gracious towards us!

“Or perhaps you despise the riches of His kindness, forbearance and patience; because you don’t realize that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to turn from your sins.”
Romans 2:4 CJB

We need to see how great and good Adonai is and that should lead us to repent!

“Rabbi Eli’ezer said, ‘Repent one day before you die.’ His disciples asked him,[How can we do that?] Who knows on what day he will die?’ He answered them, ‘All the more reason to repent today, because you might be dead tomorrow!'”
Shabbat 153 in the Talmud

Repenting was nothing new. When John the Baptist said repent, the Kingdom of God is at hand, He was stating that it is highly important to repent here and now!

“Seek Adonai while He is available, call on Him while He is still nearby.”
Isaiah 55:6 CJB

As we see the world rapidly falling apart around us, we should fervently be seeking Adonai! Why? Because He is gracious and full of mercy and ready to forgive when we repent!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!

We belong to God

“You will be My people, and I will be your God.”
Jeremiah 30:22 CJB

I so like being called one of God’s people and I get to call Him my God and Father! There is no greater privilege than to being called a child of the Most High!

“I thank You because I am awesomely made, wonderfully; Your works are wonders-I know this very well.”
Psalm 139:14 CJB

What an amazing verse to know that we are perfectly made and we belong to God!

“See what love the Father has lavished on us in letting us be called God’s children! For that is what we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it has not known Him.”
1 John 3:1 CJB

So if you feel out of place in the world around you, don’t worry because we belong to the Most-High and we are just passing through, so just keep rejoicing because you are a child of God!
So today, let’s shine for Him!

Seek God with a whole heart!

“When you call to Me and pray to Me, I will listen to you.”
Jeremiah 29:12 CJB

What comforting words that when we seek God and pray to Him, He doesn’t only hear us, He answers us!

“Now I call on you, God, for you will answer me. Turn your ear to me, hear my words.”
Psalm 17:6 CJB

Yes Adonai hears and answers us, but we may ask why isn’t He answering me? The answer is: are we seeking Him and His will! Are we seeking Him wholeheartedly?

“When you seek Me, you will find Me, provided you seek Me wholeheartedly.”
Jeremiah 29:13 CJB

Remember, the key to seeking Adonai is to be doing it with a whole and honest heart. Not our will, but His perfect will and watch how He answers!
Have a blessed day calling on Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!

Focus on God

“Then the prophet Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) said to Hananyah the prophet, Listen here, Hananyah! Adonai has not sent you! You are making these people trust in a lie!”
Jeremiah 28:15 CJB

Here is the deal. There are so many so–called prophets and prophetesses out there, saying they have a word from Adonai! Be careful, because most of them are nothing but false prophets telling lies! We need to check Scripture and use discernment! Understand God can and does do miracles, but God needs to get all the glory!

“Give Adonai His due, you families from the peoples; give Adonai His due of glory and strength; give Adonai the glory due to His name; bring an offering, and enter His courtyards.”
Psalm 96:8 CJB

We need to give all glory to God! We also need to be alert by watching and praying, being very careful of what people say or claim! Always ask: is it backed up by the word of God or does it follow the word of God!

“For a time is coming when people will not have patience for sound teaching, but will cater to their passions and gather around themselves teachers who say whatever their ears itch to hear.”
2 Timothy 4:3 CJB

That time is here and now! What can we do? Study, hear and do what His word says and finally PRAY!
God will always gives us discernment and direction when we wholeheartedly follow Him!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
