“Seeking pasture for their flocks they went to the entrance of Geder, as far as the east side of the valley.”
1 Chronicles 4:39 CJB
When we need to find a pasture to feed on, do we look to Adonai or the world?
“Adonai is my shepherd; I lack nothing. He has me lie down in grassy pastures, He leads me by quiet water, He restores my inner person. He guides me in right paths for the sake of His own.”
Psalm 23:1-3 CJB
Is Adonai your shepherd and are you filling yourself in the grassy green pastures of Adonai, or do you get caught up in worldly dry pastures?
“Even if I pass through death-dark ravines, I will fear no disaster; for you are with me; Your rod and staff reassure me.”
Psalm 23:4 CJB
The point here is that there is nothing that can destroy us! Why? Because we have the King of kings on our side! So don’t look to the dry pastures of the world, but the green pastures of Adonai!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
