This is going on even today, there are pious Bible teachers out there who feed off the folks! Using their pulpits to fleece people out of finances to do trips, have nice houses and to be elevated in public! Yeshua is warning us to be on the watch and also comforting us that He will deal with these people! What we need to do is be watching and praying so we can avoid these people!
“Beware of false prophets! They come to you wearing sheep’s clothing, but underneath they are hungry wolves!”

This is a strong warning to us from Yeshua, just because a ministry, organization or preachers look good and godly, be careful, they could be wolves! How do we know? By studying His Word and seeing if they truly follow scripture!
