Don’t look for praises of men, praise the LORD instead!

“And she conceived again and bore a son, and said, Now I will praise the LORD. Therefore she called his name Judah. Then she stopped bearing.” Genesis 29:35

Leah felt unloved and the LORD opened her womb and she birth’s four son’s. While looking for love from her husband Jacob and getting nothing. She birth’s her fourth son Judah and I believe she then realizes the LORD has been blessing her the whole time; “Now I will praise the LORD.” No matter what our situation is good or bad, we need to praise the LORD in all things!

“In the day of my trouble I will call upon You. For You will answer me.” Psalm 86:7

Like Leah when we are in trouble or going through trials, we need to call upon the LORD! But we also need to look and realize how He is answering us, He answers us according to His wisdom not ours, He answers and gives according to His ways not our ways which is always better!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

Today no matter what you maybe going through good or bad, whatever prayer requests you’re sharing with the LORD. Stop and look to see how He may have already answered you or better yet just stop and Praise the LORD! Don’t look for praises of men, but give praises to the LORD instead! Have a blessed day in Him!

Jesus is always the way out!

“Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” Genesis 28:15

As this was comforting to Jacob who was alone and scared and running from home in a hurry. We should realize that the LORD is right there with us also, wherever we go, all we have to do is call!

“The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” Psalm 118:6

The answer is nothing, man or any other entity can do absolutely nothing to you, because you belong to the LORD, your BLOOD BOUGHT and BULLET PROOF! Life can and does throw all kinds of obstacles at us, so put your trust in the LORD, He is always the way out!

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD.” Jeremiah 17:7

Today no matter what we need to realize God will use every obstacle thats put in our way! Every road block, disease, heart ache and struggle that’s put in our way the LORD uses so put your hope in the LORD! God isn’t surprised at any situation we are in and He always has a way out! So look to Him the author and finisher of our lives! Have a blessed day!

Walk with the LORD instead of the world!

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

We all have issues in life; health, wealth and direction (what to do and how to do it). The first and best thing is come to Jesus and realize He has the answers!

“If you confess with your mouth the LORD Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9

Often times we will look for help in all kinds of places instead of just calling on the LORD! When we do call upon Him and get some help, we often walk away until the next crisis! That’s not how it works, walking with the LORD is a way of life, walking with Him through good times and bad!

“Take My yoke upon you and LEARN from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:29-30

Realize today everything we need is found in the word of God, and Jesus is our guide! Take His yoke (teaching) and learn from Him! He desires to guide and direct us through every situation the good and the bad either one with the LORD you will have peace! Have a blessed day!

Shabbat Shalom, talk about the LORD!

“And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Matthew 10:7

And as you go, wherever you go and to whoever you speak tell people about the LORD! As we go to work, school or just traveling lets be talking about the LORD, and His kingdom! Remember this is not our home!

“How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7

With all the insane depressing stuff going on around us, talking to people about the LORD and His kingdom is really the only thing worth talking about and will bring a smile to your face!

“Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.” Psalm 96:2

We are always filled with joy when we share about the LORD! And if people reject you, just move on and keep sharing with the next person! Have a blessed day preaching the good news of salvation!

Talk about the LORD, not politics and scandals!

“For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, And people should seek law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.” Malachi 2:7

What a great picture here; we should be seeking the LORD, hearing about the LORD and sharing the LORD!

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” 1 Peter 2:9

We need to be studying the His word and taking in as much as we can! So as we go through our day proclaiming how amazing the LORD is! Don’t be caught up in the news of the day; talking about politics and scandals. Instead let us be talking about the LORD!

“Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.” Psalm 96:2

Today let’s do and say what the LORD called us to do, go into all the world and share the good news of His salvation! Have a blessed day being messengers for the LORD!
