Yeshua (The LORD saves)

“She will give birth to a Son, and you are to name Him Yeshua [which means’ Adonai saves,’] because He will save His people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21 CJB

This is really good news, that God sends His Son the, Messiah, to save us from our sins! Yeshua (Adonai saves) that is the greatest gift we can share with people and it costs us nothing to do so!

“Adonai is near those with broken hearts; He saves those whose spirit is crushed.”
Psalm 34:18 CJB

The Bible is filled with verses telling us that the LORD will save us from our sins, iniquity, broken hearts and our messes! All we have to do is call upon His name and simply repent!

“But I will call on God, and Adonai will save me.”
Psalm 55:16 CJB

Today, no matter how dark things may look, know that the LORD is here to save! Have a blessed day rejoicing in His salvation and sharing the good news with others!

Yeshua has what you need!

“Moreover all countries came to Egypt to Yosef to buy grain, because the famine was severe throughout the earth.”
Genesis 41:57 CJB

Again we can always see parallels in Scripture that compare to the present day! Here we see that the famine wasn’t only in Egypt, but it was world wide! Today, the world is in a worldwide crisis! The only salvation is in Yeshua, His name alone means God is salvation!

“Adonai is alive! Blessed is my Rock! Exalted be the God of my salvation.”
Psalm 18:47 CJB

When we look to the world for salvation or rescue, we will always be left wanting more or not getting what we really need! Like Joseph’s brothers, who were searching for food, we will end up getting more than food, but restoration and salvation!

“God, restore us! Make your face shine, and we will be saved.”
Psalm 80:3 CJB

Today, don’t look to the world, but instead look to the LORD, who has everything we need and more!
May your day be richly blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!

The LORD has all the answers

“When the whole land of Egypt started feeling the famine, the people cried to Pharaoh for food, and Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, Go to Yosef, and do what he tells you to do.”
Genesis 41:55 CJB

In many ways, we see the same thing happening today as we are, in my opinion, entering into a famine! Lockdowns, pandemics and political uneasiness is happening. We see rulers of the land have no answer! But the LORD does!

“However, from there you will seek Adonai your God; and you will find Him if you search after Him with all your heart and being.”
Deuteronomy 4:29 CJB

As dark as things get around us, we need to be searching and seeking the LORD! Don’t look to the world for answers, but look to the LORD, because He is the only answer!

“Come to Me, all of you who are struggling and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30 CJB

With all the dark things going on around us, it is the LORD who we need! He is the bread and light of the world!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Joy in the LORD

“How happy are the people who know the joyful shout! They walk in the light of your presence, Adonai.”
Psalm 89:15 CJB

We should all be happy, waiting and listening for that joyful shout of the LORD calling us home! No matter how you view the day of the LORD, understand He is going to call us all home one way or the other and that should give us joy!

“They rejoice all day and are lifted up by Your righteousness, for You Yourself are the strength in which they glory. Our power grows by pleasing You.”
Psalm 89:16-17 CJB

There is nothing better than walking in the light of the LORD and His righteousness! The LORD always has joy when we, His people, walk in His ways!

“But if we are walking in the light, as He is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of His Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.”
1 John 1:7 CJB

Today, don’t walk in darkness, but instead walk in His glorious light!
May your day be richly blessed in Him!

We are His special treasure!

“Then those who feared Adonai spoke together; and Adonai listened and heard. A record book was written in His presence for those who feared Adonai and had respect for His name.”
Malachi 3:16 CJB

This is what we need to be doing! Getting together, listening to His word and respecting His holy name! Then go out and share it!

“They will be mine, says Adonai- Tzva’ot (almighty), on the day when I compose My own special treasure. I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves Him.”
Malachi 3:17 CJB

We are the LORD’S special treasure. That alone should make us want to serve Him and walk in His ways!

“Then once again you will see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between the person who serves God and one that doesn’t serve Him.”
Malachi 3:18 CJB

There is always a difference when we serve the LORD and walk in His ways. Our LORD promises to take care of us and protect us! Remember, we are His special treasure! Have a blessed day following hard after the LORD!
