Reflect the light of the LORD

“The world can’t hate you, but it hates Me, because I keep telling it how wicked its ways are.
John 7:7 CJB

The world doesn’t hate us it hates Yeshua, we just get in the way! The more we keep pointing out wickedness the more Yeshua will be hated! Since the world can’t physically see the LORD they take their hostilities towards Him on us!

“Yeshua spoke to them again; I am the light of the world; whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness but will have the light which gives life.”
John 8:12 CJB

Remember, the world is really hostile towards God and the more light that is shined on it the more hostile it gets!

“How happy are the people who know the joyful shout! They walk in the light of Your presence, Adonai.”
Psalm 89:15 CJB

Today, realize the world around us is getting increasingly darker, what we get to do is walk in the light of the LORD and reflect that light on darkness!
Have a blessed day reflecting the light of the LORD!

Trust in the LORD

“So they said to Him, What should we do in order to perform the works of God? Yeshua answered, Here’s what the work of God is: to trust in the one He sent!”
John 6:28-29 CJB

Whether they were asking if they can do miracles or not, Yeshua gives them an answer that they probably were not expecting! The answer is simple: just trust God!

“Don’t put your trust in princes or in mortals, who cannot help.”
Psalm 125:3 CJB

How awesome is this, we don’t have to stress about health, wealth or even direction. Instead, all we have to do is just trust Yeshua for all our needs!

“Trust in Adonai with all your heart; do not rely on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5 CJB

Today, don’t get caught up in how things will work out, just know that the LORD will work it out. All we have to do is just trust!
Have a blessed day putting all your hope and trust in the LORD!

Seek the LORD

“I have come in My Father’s name, and you don’t accept Me; if someone else comes in his own name, him you will accept.”
John 5:43 CJB

The same happens around us today, we believe actors, politicians and doctors who come in their own name, but question the LORD!

“How can you trust? You’re busy collecting praise from each other, instead of seeking praise from God only.”
John 5:44 CJB

Do we seek praises of men or self praise? What we need to be doing is praising the LORD in all things and thanking Him for everything!

“Sing to Him, sing praises to Him! Talk about all His wonders.”
1 Chronicles 16:9 CJB

Today, let’s spend our time praising the LORD and not seeking praise, direction or reassurance from men!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Gather together

“Moshe said to the whole community of the people of Israel. Here is what Adonai has ordered.”
Exodus 35:4 CJB

Here we see Moses, assembling the people together to give God’s instructions! We all need to gather together to hear the instructions of the LORD also!

“Your instructions are very sure; holiness befits your house, Adonai, for all time to come.”
Psalm 93:5 CJB

We all really need to be gathering together in the LORD, for fellowship, instruction and encouragement!

“And let us keep paying attention to one another, in order to spur each other on to love and good deeds, not neglecting our own congregational meetings, as some have made a practice of doing, but, rather, encouraging each other. And let us do this all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Hebrews 10:24-25 CJB

Today, realize that Day is fast approaching and we all really need each other for encouragement!
Have a blessed day in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Worship God only

“Our fathers worshipped on this mountain, but you people say that the place where one has to worship in Yerushalayim,”
John 4:20 CJB

The argument still happens today, where do you worship, when do you worship and how do you worship! What it should be is Who do you worship!

“Praise Adonai, all you nations! Worship Him, all you peoples!”
Psalm 117:1 CJB

Everything we do needs to be about the LORD, not about our jobs, our buildings or even our ministries!

“God is spirit; and worshippers must worship Him spiritually and truly.”
John 4:24 CJB

Today, let’s worship the LORD and praise Him in everything!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
