Walk in God’s ways

“But if you turn away and abandon My regulations and mitzvot which I have set before you, and go and serve other gods, worshipping them; then I will put them up by the roots out of the land I have given them. This house, which I consecrated for My name, I will eject from My sight; and I will make it an example to avoid and and object of scorn among all peoples.”
2 Chronicles 7:19-20 CJB

God really wants and desires us to follow his commands and walk in His ways! When we don’t, we just look foolish in the sight of the people around us!

“for Adonai takes delight in His people, He crowns the humble with salvation.”
Psalm 149:4 CJB

God wants us to be humble and do things His way, not our own way! Our way is always going to lead us to disaster and scorn!

“If you love Me, you will keep My commands.”
John 14:15 CJB

Today, let’s just simply walk in the ways that God has instructed us to according to His word!
Have a blessed day following Adonai!

Walk in His light

“Yes, listen to the pleas of Your servant, and also those of Your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from where You live, from heaven; and when You hear, forgive!”
2 Chronicles 6:21 CJB

This is a comforting thought here, when we pray to God, He hears! When we repent He also hears and forgives!

“How happy are the people who know the joyful shout! They walk in the light of Your presence, Adonai.”
Psalm 89:15 CJB

What a comfort and a blessing that we have the light of the world (Yeshua), who we can call upon at any time from anywhere!

“Yeshua spoke to them again: I am the light of the world; whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness but will have the Light which gives life.”
John 8:12 CJB

Today, let’s realize how blessed we are to be able to walk in the light of the LORD!
Have a blessed day walking in the light!

Worship

“So that because of the cloud, the cohanim could not stand up to perform their services; for the glory of Adonai filled the house of God.”
2 Chronicles 5:14 CJB

Do we worship God in a way that we become overwhelmed by His presence?

“Tremble, earth, at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of God of Ya`akov (Jacob).”
Psalm 114:7 CJB

When we are worshipping and serving Adonai, His presence will and can overwhelm us! Also while we are in His presence the world around us will take notice!

“God is spirit; and worshippers must worship Him spiritually and truly.”
John 4:24 CJB

Today, let’s bring the presence of Adonai everywhere we go!
Have a blessed day in Him!

Shine for Yeshua

“He made ten menorahs of gold in accordance with their specifications and set them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left.”
2 Chronicles 4:7 CJB

Here we see the temple filled with menorahs, to illuminate the light of Adonai! We should do the same thing wherever we go let our lights shine!

“You are light for the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Matthew 5:14 CJB

The world is so filled with darkness and the only light that can be seen is we, as believers, reflecting the light of Adonai!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, let’s be really bright reflections of Yeshua in this crazy dark world! Remember, we may be the only reflection of Yeshua unbelievers may see!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!

Worship

“Inside the Especially Holy Place he made two k’ruvim of cast metal, and they overlaid them with gold.”
2 Chronicles 3:10 CJB

Here we see in this Especially Holy Place that the two k’ruvim (Cherubim) here like in the future temple are pointing to the throne of God!

“God rules the nations; God sits on His holy throne.”
Psalm 47:8 CJB

God is and always will be on His throne being worshipped now and forever! So we should be worshipping everyday, no matter where we are!

“Praise Adonai, all you nations! Worship Him, all you peoples!”
Psalm 117:1 CJB

Today, realize we are going to be worshipping God for all eternity! So let’s be worshipping Him here and now!
Have a blessed day in Him!
