“Why are the nations in an uproar, the peoples grumbling in vain?”

We see this happening around us now, uproar of nations and grumbling people all around us! Why?

“The earth’s kings are taking positions, leaders conspiring together, against Adonai and His anointed.”
Psalm 2:2 CJB

The hostility towards God, Yeshua and His people (us) is getting pretty intense! When you are outspoken about God, expect people to push back and that pushback is getting harder! Remember it will be OK. God has you covered and the anger is towards Him. We are just the only physical thing they can touch!

“And indeed, all who want to live a godly life united with the Messiah Yeshua will be persecuted.”
2 Timothy 3:12 CJB

Today, even as the world is getting more hostile towards believers! All we need to do is shine brighter for Yeshua! Our joy is in Adonai!

We all need advice and direction from time to time! It’s where we get that advice is really important. Do we get it from the world (the wicked) who are just sinners who scoff at God? Or are we getting it from God?

“All a man’s ways are pure in his own view, but Adonia weighs the spirit.”
Proverbs 16:2 CJB

We really need to be seeking the ways of Adonai and not the world banks, the media and politics. They don’t have the answers! But God in His word has all the answers!

“Let the wicked person abandon his way and the evil person his thoughts; let him return to Adonai, and he will have mercy on him; let him return to our God, for He will freely forgive.”
Isaiah 55:7 CJB

Today, if you’re stressing out, then this is the day to be like a tree that plants itself by the streams of living water of God’s word!

“I had heard about You with my ears, but now my eye sees you; therefore I detest [myself] and repent in dust and ashes.”
Job 42:5-6 CJB

Job now hears from Adonai and sees Him as the creator of the universe and repents! What a joyous day when sinners repent and come to a saving knowledge of Yeshua!

“He has removed our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”
Psalm 103:12 CJB

What an amazing thing it is to be saved and how awesome it is that God redeems us then restores us!

“When Iyov (Job) prayed for his friends, Adonai restored his fortunes; Adonai gave Iyov twice as much as he had before.”
Job 42:10 CJB

Realize, when we are saved it should lead us to pray for the lost to be saved! He gives us life in abundance, maybe not riches and possessions, but life!
Today, have an amazing day knowing you are saved and if you aren’t then today is a good day to repent!

“No one is fierce enough to rouse him, so who can stand up to Me?”
Job 41:2 CJB Verse 10 in other translations.

God created behemoth and leviathan, which He could destroy with a snap of a finger, but man didn’t stand a chance against them! The question is who can stand against God? The answer is no one!

“The mountains quake before Him, and the hills dissolve; the earth collapses in His presence, the world and everyone living in it.” Who can withstand His fury? Who can endure His fierce anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, the rocks broken to pieces before Him.”
Nahum 1:5-6 CJB

Again, the answer is no one and nothing can win against God, but the good news is we can take refuge in Him!

“Adonai is good, a stronghold in time of trouble; He takes care of those who take refuge in Him.”
Nahum 1:7 CJB

Today is a good day to take refuge in Adonai. We will always be better off when we are under the shadow of His wings!

Do we blame God for our mistakes, just so we can feel like we are right? We need to take responsibility for our actions! Adam did the same thing when he ate of the fruit and then tried to blame God!

“The man replied, The woman you gave to be with me-she gave me the fruit from the tree, and I ate.”
Genesis 3:12 CJB

Blaming God is nothing new. Man has been doing this since the beginning, using terms like it’s an act of God! We need to admit, repent and then God forgives and forgets!

“Therefore, repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be erased.”
Acts 3:19 CJB

God has made it so simple for us just to repent (admit we are wrong) and He will forgive! How far does He forgive?

“He has removed our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”

Today, let’s not blame God, but instead let’s simply just confess, repent and be forgiven!
