What an eye–opening verse, even some people who should know better scripturally will be deceived by Anti-Christ! This tells us we all need to be on guard!

“For many deceivers have gone out into the world, people who do not acknowledge Yeshua the Messiah’s coming as a human being. Such a person is a deceiver and an anti-messiah.”

Satan is the great deceiver who goes throughout the world deceiving people, especially believers!

“But be careful not to let yourselves be seduced, so that you turn aside, serving other gods and worshipping them.”
Deuteronomy 11:16 CJB

Today, more than ever, we all need to be on guard filtering everything we see and hear by using the Word of God as our filter!

When we are humble before Adonai, He will always hear us and He will always respond!

‘humble yourselves before the LORD, and He will lift you up.”
James 4:10 CJB

We think we have it all covered, we can make it happen, we can overcome and we are strong! But, Adonai is saying be humble and let God do all the heavy lifting and He will lift us up1

‘He raises the lowly on high and lifts mourners to safety.”
Job 5:11 CJB

Today, let’s call and wait upon Adonai, be real careful of being prideful and diligently seek Him!

We see Daniel, pleading with Adonai admitting how desolate they’ve become and how much they need His compassion and salvation! This is how we really need to be calling on Adonai admitting all our faults and how much we need God and His Salvation!

“Adonai, hear! Adonai, forgive! Adonai, pay attention, and don’t delay action-for your own sake, my God, because Your city and Your people bear Your name!”

When we call on Adonai, we need to be declaring the amazing name and glory of Adonai! He is everything we need!

“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples!”
1 Chronicles 16:24 CJB

Today, as desolate and detestable things are around us may be, we still need to be glorifying Adoani in everything!

Like Daniel, we can grow weak, especially as we see things that are happening around us! Social injustice, misuse of the law and the biggest one, the rejection of God! We can grow weary, appalled and not understand! Know God has it all under control, but instead of whining, let’s be praying and serving!

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who change darkness into light and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet and sweet into bitter!”
Isaiah 5:20 CJB

Like Daniel, we shouldn’t be surprised by the evil and darkness we see happening around us! What should we do? PRAY! Like Daniel did in chapter six, he dedicated three times a day to pray! It’s not legalistic at all to have specific times set apart to pray! Prayer is our best weapon against darkness and the best way to stay in contact with Adonai!

“But I will call on God, and Adonai will save me. Evening, morning and noon I complain and moan; but He hears my voice.”
Psalm 55:16-17 CJB

Yeshua (Jesus) frequently went off to be with His Father, so should we!

“Unload your burden on Adonai, and He will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Psalm 55:22 CJB

Today, as weird as the world is getting, don’t get weak and confused, but instead PRAY!
