Seek God with a whole heart!
“When you call to Me and pray to Me, I will listen to you.”

What comforting words that when we seek God and pray to Him, He doesn’t only hear us, He answers us!
“Now I call on you, God, for you will answer me. Turn your ear to me, hear my words.”
Psalm 17:6 CJB
Yes Adonai hears and answers us, but we may ask why isn’t He answering me? The answer is: are we seeking Him and His will! Are we seeking Him wholeheartedly?
“When you seek Me, you will find Me, provided you seek Me wholeheartedly.”

Remember, the key to seeking Adonai is to be doing it with a whole and honest heart. Not our will, but His perfect will and watch how He answers!

Focus on God
“Then the prophet Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) said to Hananyah the prophet, Listen here, Hananyah! Adonai has not sent you! You are making these people trust in a lie!”

Here is the deal. There are so many so–called prophets and prophetesses out there, saying they have a word from Adonai! Be careful, because most of them are nothing but false prophets telling lies! We need to check Scripture and use discernment! Understand God can and does do miracles, but God needs to get all the glory!
“Give Adonai His due, you families from the peoples; give Adonai His due of glory and strength; give Adonai the glory due to His name; bring an offering, and enter His courtyards.”
Psalm 96:8 CJB
We need to give all glory to God! We also need to be alert by watching and praying, being very careful of what people say or claim! Always ask: is it backed up by the word of God or does it follow the word of God!
“For a time is coming when people will not have patience for sound teaching, but will cater to their passions and gather around themselves teachers who say whatever their ears itch to hear.”
2 Timothy 4:3 CJB
That time is here and now! What can we do? Study, hear and do what His word says and finally PRAY!
God will always gives us discernment and direction when we wholeheartedly follow Him!

God restores
“‘They will be carried to Bavel; and there they stay until the day I remember them, bring them back and restore them to this place,’ says Adonai.”

Here we see, along with all the prominent leaders, all the Temple vessels will be carried away to Babylon because of Israel’s refusal to repent and turn from their wicked ways! The good news is, once all corrections were made, God restores all that belongs to Him and brings them back to Israel! He does the same for us when we repent!
“God, restore us! Make Your face shine, and we will be saved.”

How does restoration happen? It’s when we repent, come back to our senses, and walk with God in all His ways!
“This is the day Adonai has made, a day for us to rejoice and be glad.”
Psalm 118:24 CJB
Today, is always the perfect day to repent and turn all over to God and be restored! Every day that we walk in the Salvation given to us through Yeshua is a day to rejoice! So even though we may be walking through a desert, feeling like a captive, remember God always restores His people!

Follow Adonai
“Therefore now, improve your ways and your doings; and listen to the voice of Adonai your God; then Adonai will relent from disaster He has decreed against you.”

God wants what is best for us! The best thing that we can do is simply follow Adonai by just doing what His word says!
“I treasure Your word in my heart, so that I won’t sin against You.”

Following the word of God is the easiest thing that we can do! Just read it, take it in and do it!
“Don’t deceive yourselves by only hearing what the Word says, but do it.”
