Don’t return to the past
“Yeah the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him and said to King Y’hoshafat, Should you help the wicked and befriend those who hate Adonai? Because of this, Adonai’s anger is upon you.”
2 Chronicles 19:2 CJB
We need to be careful of uniting with the world, by going back to worldly stuff, that Yeshua saved us from!
“I call on Adonai, who is worthy of praise; and I am saved from my enemies.”
Psalm 18:4 CJB
God saved us from all the enemies of the world, namely our past lives of sin! So why return?
“[God] redeemed me from going into the pit, and and now my life sees light.”
Job 33:28 CJB
No matter what is going on in life, good or bad, we need to remember we are not going to hell because we’ve been redeemed, so don’t go back to old lifestyles or people!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!
Trust God
“The messenger who had gone to call Mikay’hu said to him, Here, now, the prophets are unanimously predicting success for the king. Please let your word be like one of theirs-say something good.”
2 Chronicles 18:12 CJB
We all need to be careful of this going along with what all the world agrees upon, but really seek God and what He says!
“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
1 Chronicles 16:11 CJB
We need to be seeking Adonai in everything, because it is His strength that we need! If we have doubts about His strength, just look back at what He has already done!
He does great, unsearchable things, wonders beyond counting.”
Job 9:10 CJB
We will have troubles in life, but we need to remember God always has a plan and He is doing great things! We just need to trust!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
Walk in His ways
“Adonai was with Y’hoshafat, because he lived according to the first ways of his ancestor David, not seeking ba`alim, but seeking the God of his father and living by His mitzvot, not by what Israel did.”
2 Chronicles 17:3-4 CJB
Jehoshaphat did three things: he obeyed Adonai, he removed obstacles and then taught about the ways of Adonai! We need to do the same!
“You are to observe My laws and rulings; if a person does them, He will have life through them; I am Adonai.”
Leviticus 18:5 CJB
Following and obeying Adonai will always bring us joy and make life easier to handle!
“For loving God means obeying His commands. Moreover, His commands are not burdensome.”
1 John 5:3 CJB
Keeping the commands of God are not a burden, walking in the ways of the world are always a burden and stressful! So obey, remove and teach the ways of Adonai!
Have a blessed day following Adonai!
Shabbat Shalom!
Seek God
“In the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa suffered from a disease in his legs. It was a very serious disease, yet even with this disease he did not seek out Adonai but turned to the physicians.”
2 Chronicles 16:12 CJB
Things are no different today, people turn to the world instead of Adonai, who is the giver of life!
“Your eyes could see me as an embryo, but in Your book all my days were already written; my days had been shaped before any of them existed.”
Psalm 139:16 CJB
How amazing is this that Adonai perfectly made us, and knows every detail of our lives, so why would we go to anyone else for help, when we can seek Him first?
“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
1 Chronicles 16:11 CJB
We all have issues in life, but who do we seek first, Adonai or the world?
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!
