Walk in His ways

“Don’t deceive yourselves by only hearing what the Word says, but do it!”
James 1:22 CJB

We can’t just hear and know the Word of God, we actually need to do what it says!

“So then, anyone who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it is committing a sin.”
James 4:17 CJB

Adonai has given us His great guidelines in His Word to do what is right and how to walk in His ways!

“How happy is everyone who fears Adonai, who lives by His ways.”
Psalm 128:1 CJB

If we really want to be happy! Then the best thing we can do is hear the Word of God and then do it by walking in His ways!
May your day be richly blessed!

God is perfect

“Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today and forever.”
Hebrew 13:8 CJB

God, doesn’t change, He doesn’t change His mind or His ways! This should give us security and comfort, because God is stable! God has always had and has a perfect unchanging plan for us and our future!

“For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’ says Adonai,’plans for well-bing, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11 CJB

Knowing that God doesn’t ever change and neither do His plans should encourage us to be strong and to step out in faith!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

We should be encouraged in the fact God never changes and His perfect plans for us don’t either!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua’s perfect plans for us!

God disciplines those He loves

“For Adonai disciplines those He loves and whips everyone He accepts as a son.”
Hebrews 12:6 CJB

We do suffer from time to time, we have many difficulties in life! Sometimes they are by our own creation and God does use the consequences to discipline us!

“The righteous person suffers many evils, but Adonai rescues him out of them all.”
Psalm 34:19 CJB

Again, no one is free from trouble-regardless of who we are! The good news is that God loves us enough to discipline us and save us!

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:3 CJB

Even though we may suffer and be disciplined, we have God the Father who comforts us and heals up our brokenness! Difficulties and God’s discipline are to help us grow!
Have a blessed day be comforted by God!

Step out in faith!

“By trusting, Avraham obeyed, after being called to go out to a place which God would give him as a possession; indeed, he went out without knowing where he was going. “
Hebrews 11:8 CJB

My opinion Abraham (Abraham) is one of the greatest examples of stepping out in faith! Why? He left a cushy job in a place that he knew well, to pick up and go to a place he knew nothing about in a land that he never saw! What did he do? He stepped out in faith!

“Now Adonai said to Avram, “Get yourself out of your country, away from your kinsmen and away from your father’s house, and go to the land that I will show you.”
Genesis 12:1 CJB

Abraham had absolutely no knowledge of where he was going, but he trusted God!

“For we live by trust, not by what we see.”
2 Corinthians5:7 CJB

What is sad we can and do get caught up in seeing first then believing! Instead of let’s trust in Adonai and then we will see the great things He is doing!
Have a blessed day stepping out in faith!

Swim in the Word of God!

“For if we deliberately continue to sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but only terrifying prospect of Judgment, of raging fire that will consume the enemies.”
Hebrews 10:26-27 CJB

The point being made here is we can’t keep deliberately sinning and think that it’s is covered! Repenting, means admitting and not continue in it! There really is eternal judgment!

“So then, are we to say, Let’s keep on sinning, so that there can be more grace? Heaven forbid! How can we, who have died to sin, still live in it?”
Romans 6:1-2 CJB

Understand if we are dead to sin, we can’t do that sin anymore! Can a dead man sin? No, because they are dead! So if we keep repeating the same sin over and over, understand we take the chance of judgement! How do we keep from sinning? By immersing ourselves in His Word!

“I treasure Your Word in my heart, so that I won’t sin against You.”
Psalm 119:11 CJB

Today, let’s immerse ourselves in His Word continuously!
May your day be richly blessed swimming in the Word of God!
